In order to further improve the city's epidemic prevention and control work, on November 17, 2022 Starting from today, relevant personnel entering key places within Huaihua City will be required to check negative nucleic acid test certificates. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Persons taking public transportation such as airplanes, high-speed rails, trains, inter-provincial long-distance buses, etc. must check a negative 48-hour nucleic acid test certificate.

2. There are high-risk areas in the province and people coming from other provinces need to check the negative nucleic acid test certificate for 48 hours;

3. People checking into hotels and tourist attractions need to check for 72 hours A negative nucleic acid test certificate;

4. Newly admitted patients and accompanying personnel need to check a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours;

5. Risk professionals and employees in key institutions need to check Proof of negative nucleic acid test within the frequency time limit specified in the ninth edition of the prevention and control plan;

6. People who do not have proof of negative nucleic acid test within the corresponding time limit are not allowed to enter the corresponding places, and they are informed to complete nucleic acid sampling at the nearest sampling point;< /p>

Those who fail to perform inspection responsibilities will, upon verification, be ordered to make rectifications or suspend operations for rectification in accordance with the law; if they cause the risk of epidemic spread, the relevant personnel will be held legally responsible in accordance with the law. Industry authorities must intensify supervision and inspection efforts to ensure that nucleic acid testing certificates and inspections are implemented in place.
