1. Country Garden Agricultural Holdings Co., Ltd.:

Country Garden Agricultural Holdings Co., Ltd. was established in May 2018 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Country Garden Holdings Co., Ltd. Country Garden Agriculture is deployed in the entire agricultural industry chain, including front-end research and development, mid-end production organization in the "company + base + farmer" model, and terminal sales with Biyouyou community stores as the main body.

3. Tengyue Construction:

Tengyue Construction is Country Garden’s general project contracting management platform. Tengyue Construction’s business covers agency construction management, (housing construction, municipal administration, mechanical and electrical) project general contracting , (engineering technology, design, cost) consulting services, as well as PC manufacturing and door and window production and other businesses.

Tengyue Construction has jurisdiction over corporate general contracting enterprises such as Guangdong Tengyue, Guangdong Longyue, and Shenzhen Bojian, as well as many professional companies such as Bihongteng Building Materials, Tengyue Decoration, and Junhui Labor Services.

4. Fengyue Hotels and Resorts

Fengyue Hotels and Resorts has ten major hotel and apartment brands, including Fengyue Hotel, Fengyue Qingshang Hotel, Fengyue Bixi Hotel, Fengyue Bilan Hotel, Homewood Suites by Hilton, etc.

5. Qianxi Robot Group Co., Ltd.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Country Garden, Qianxi Robot Group was established in 2019. It is a company with intelligent technology as its core and is committed to An innovative comprehensive high-tech enterprise that applies advanced technology to diversified catering services.
