They made progress despite difficulties, fought hard, persisted in the face of numerous difficulties, never flinched in the face of all difficulties, overcame all kinds of unimaginable difficulties with amazing perseverance and courage, and wrote a magnificent epic of China's manned space flight with full blood.

China's manned spaceflight project, from spacecraft design, rocket improvement, orbit control, space application to TT&C communication, astronaut training, launch site and landing site, is aimed at the world's advanced technology, ensuring that the project has a strong late-comer advantage from the beginning, and the key technologies can keep pace with the world's advanced level, and some even surpass it. Facing a series of brand-new fields and cutting-edge topics, scientific and technological personnel have always made unremitting explorations and dared to surpass them, overcome one key technical problem after another, acquired a large number of core technologies and productive key technologies with independent intellectual property rights, and demonstrated the outstanding innovation ability of China astronauts in the new era. These major breakthroughs have enabled China to reach the world advanced level in some important technical fields. In several systems of manned spaceflight project, the technical backbone under the age of 35 has accounted for 80%, and a group of talents who know both specialty and good management have become the leaders of each system and specialty. Since its establishment, the Institute has focused on completing the dual responsibilities of model development and maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets entrusted by the state, taking "creating human space civilization and casting national scientific and technological monuments" as its own responsibility, focusing on promoting the all-round development of cadres and workers, focusing on scientific research, and vigorously strengthening spiritual civilization construction, and has achieved double harvests in space technology research and application and spiritual civilization construction. Through the release of Shenzhou culture series products, the holding of keynote speech contests, and the organization of special seminars, we will effectively strengthen the publicity of Shenzhou culture concept and constantly improve our independent innovation ability, so that "serving the motherland and creating brilliance with Excellence" will become the motto of all employees and turn it into a powerful spiritual driving force to promote the development of China's space industry.

Facing the fierce competition in the international space technology market, as well as the characteristics of heavy tasks, great technical difficulties, high quality and tight time, in order to promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of China's space industry, we have extensively carried out practical activities with the theme of "casting world-class and building a harmonious space" in combination with the central work of scientific research and production and reform and development, so as to promote the construction of spiritual civilization to better serve the central work.

Combined with the Shenzhou VI manned space mission, we have extensively carried out the solemn commitment activities of "reassuring the party and people, leaders at all levels, astronauts, hospital cadres and workers, and themselves" and "doing well once, doing well every time, and pursuing better", and carried out practical activities with the theme of "learning, cohesion, reassurance and success". The Shenzhou team building with the theme of "courage to overcome difficulties, ability to understand technology thoroughly, cautious and meticulous style, and determination to ensure success" has greatly mobilized the great enthusiasm and initiative of the cadres and workers for the aerospace industry and provided strong spiritual support for the successful completion of the Shenzhou VI manned space mission.

Fourth, actively explore the establishment of a long-term working mechanism. We always put spiritual civilization construction in an important position, so as to plan, inspect, assess and commend the central work. Formulate standard management measures, implement quantitative management of spiritual civilization construction standards, and the assessment results are linked to the total wages of the unit. Regularly hold situation analysis meetings to study and solve the tendentious problems in spiritual civilization construction in time.

Establish and improve the responsibility system, pay attention to the main role of administrative leaders at all levels and the "two general managers", the backbone role of full-time party-mass groups, and the auxiliary role of the majority of team leaders, and form a working mechanism in which party and government working groups pay close attention to all staff and cover the whole process of central work, so as to ensure that all tasks of spiritual civilization construction are implemented.

The Soviet Union launched its first manned spaceship in April 196 1, and astronaut Gagarin flew around the earth in the spaceship and returned to the ground safely. The United States launched its first manned spacecraft on February 20th, 1962. Before launching manned spacecraft, both countries have conducted many unmanned spacecraft launch tests.

People go into space by spaceship and live and work in space, which is manned space flight. The spaceship in which the astronauts ride is a manned spaceship.

As we all know, the development of space technology has brought many benefits to mankind. If people are active in space, space technology will be more powerful, people's wisdom and skills will be brought into full play, and some difficult problems in space technology will be solved. People have unique abilities, such as emergency judgment, creativity and active maintenance and control functions. People have senses and feelings, such as sight, hearing, touch and movement, cold, heat, smell and balance. People are very active in information processing and observation of external changes, as well as cognitive ability, association, summary, analysis and comprehensive memory, some of which are irreplaceable by "computer". Man's control and athletic ability is one of the main activities of manned space flight, including the generation and application of power, the control of moving speed, the control of his own power and the control of continuous adjustment.
