What's wrong with charging Chen Jing B50 label printer?

1. Use USB cable to charge. USB has no charging function (when charging with a data cable, a data cable connection sign will be displayed on the machine). You need to use the original charger to charge the machine (the machine shows "insert label", which means the charging is successful).

2. There is no power supply or the power adapter is damaged (the "plug sign" will not be displayed on the machine). If there is no power supply, replace the electrified power board with charging. If the power adapter is damaged, please replace it with a new power supply.

3. If the above reasons are eliminated, it is a printer fault. You can contact customer service and send it back for processing.
