The members of the National Flag Guard are composed of outstanding students who are freshmen every year. Members come from different departments and have different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. After recommendation and layer-by-layer selection, they are finally composed of ten boys and ten girls. The team leader is the last team member.

Team selection:

1. The National Flag Guard Company conducts publicity at the end of September every year, and recruits 5438+00 members for all freshmen in mid-June.

2. During the recruitment period, the Youth League Committee of each department can recommend to the Youth League Committee according to the new situation, and the recommended person must submit his resume and recommendation letter (with official seal) when registering.

3. The National Flag Guard Committee will conduct a preliminary investigation on the applicants and draw up a list of interviewers.

4. The team committee is responsible for the interview and assessment, including the queue action and discipline, and the selection of reserve players. After a month of comprehensive training, the qualified reserve team members formed a new school flag guard team, and held a handover ceremony and symposium with the previous team members 165438 on June 28th.
