It rains continuously during the Qingming Festival, and tourists visit their hometowns to remember their ancestors. In this traditional festival to remember and pay homage to our ancestors, we are facing a severe period when the COVID-19 epidemic continues to spread at a high level abroad and local clusters of epidemics are spreading in many places in China. Reducing the movement and gathering of people is a basic requirement for epidemic prevention and control. For the health and safety of you and everyone else, and to consolidate the hard-won epidemic prevention results, please cooperate with the following work:

1. Please do not return to the hospital unless necessary.

There are many uncertainties during the journey back home. In order to reduce the risk of infection and spread of the virus, it is recommended that you stay in the local area as much as possible, especially for fellow villagers who are in areas with medium and high risks or areas with cases. You can express your grief and commemorate the deceased through safe and civilized memorial methods such as outings, online memorial services, entrusted memorial services, planting trees, and offering flowers, and work together to prevent the spread of the epidemic with green memorial services.

2. Please report in advance before coming to the hospital.

If they really need to return to their hometown, all personnel arriving for health care must report to their destination unit or community through the "Release New Office" official account or telephone 3 days in advance, and understand the epidemic prevention policies in advance.

3. Please cooperate with the control after coming to the guard.

After arriving at the hospital, you should take the initiative to report to your unit, community or hotel within 12 hours. Please actively cooperate with the local area to implement classified health management measures. If you come back from outside the province, please present a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, and you must take a nucleic acid test at your own expense within 48 hours after arriving in the quarantine area; if you come back from a medium- to high-risk area in China, or you are a red or yellow code worker, you must go to the quarantine area Please report to the local village immediately and cooperate with the control measures; if you come back from abroad, you will be quarantined for 14 days after entering the country, and you will be quarantined for 7 days at the hospital and monitored for health at home for 7 days. You must implement self-funded nucleic acid testing and other measures as required. You can travel normally only after the body temperature test is normal.

4. Please do not gather unless necessary.

During the Qingming Festival, please cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, measuring body temperature, checking venue codes and itinerary codes; do not gather in large groups unless necessary, and try not to have dinner parties; enter and exit funeral parlors, cemeteries, tourist attractions, etc. In crowded places and public places, please avoid peak travel periods and keep a safe social distance of more than one meter from others.

5. If you feel unwell, please seek medical treatment in time.

During your return home, if you have fever, dry cough, fatigue, diarrhea, loss of smell and other suspicious symptoms of COVID-19, do not go to pharmacies or clinics to buy medicines. Please go to the nearest fever clinic as soon as possible. When seeking medical treatment, proactively inform the patient of recent travel history and contact history with relevant persons, wear a mask throughout the journey, and avoid taking public transportation.

6. Be proactive in getting vaccinated.

If you have not been vaccinated, or have not been fully vaccinated against the new coronavirus, or have not received a booster shot, please get the new coronavirus vaccine at your nearest location in time.
