On the 18th, after a listed transaction, the company signed an "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Jilin Chemical Group to acquire its city gas business assets.

On the 21st, Xinzheng PetroChina Kunlun Gas Co., Ltd. was registered and established.

On the 28th, Xiantao PetroChina Kunlun Gas Co., Ltd. was registered and established.

On the 30th, after a listed transaction, the company signed an "Equity Transfer Agreement" with the Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau to acquire all the equity interests in Zhongqing Gas Holding Company and gas projects held by it.

On the 31st, the joint-stock company approved Kunlun Gas Company’s capital increase of 3 billion yuan, and the company’s registered capital increased to 6.06 billion yuan
