Motor vehicles shall, from the date of registration, carry out safety technical inspection in accordance with the following time limits:

Article 54 of the Regulations on Motor Vehicle Registration

The owner of a motor vehicle may apply to the vehicle management office for the inspection mark within three months before the expiration of the motor vehicle inspection period. If a motor vehicle other than a bus or school bus cannot be inspected at the place of registration for some reason, the owner of the motor vehicle may apply to the vehicle management office where the vehicle is located for an inspection mark.
