Number of floors: 16 above ground and 3 underground floors
Building eaves height 60m
Elevation ±0.000 53.00 Outdoor 52.4 Base-13.7
The functional above-ground construction area of ??the building is 56934m2, including 38750m2 office building, 20856m2 commercial building, and 6000m2 library; The underground construction area is 26448m2
Structure type frame-shear wall
Foundation form raft foundation
According to the site and construction arrangements, the foundation pit is surrounded by The slope is graded with a slope of 1:0.2, and the slope is supported by soil nail wall anchor spraying. Earth excavation will be carried out using mechanical large-scale excavation and manual removal of the reserved soil layer at the base. The amount of mechanical excavation is 170136m3, and the amount of manual excavation is 1925m3
3. Construction deployment
According to the precipitation observation, after the excavation conditions are met, excavation will begin in the direction from west to east. . Three WY160 backhoes, 20 dump trucks, and a truck crane are used (to lift the soil in the foundation pit when manually clearing the base soil layer). The specific steps are as follows:
4. Operation process
4.1 Earth excavation project
4.1.1 First place the slope top line and slope bottom line, and start excavation after re-testing and acceptance.
4.1.2 Mechanical excavation is carried out in three steps, the first step is to dig 3.5m, the second step is to dig 4.5m, and the third step is to dig 4.8m. Reserve 20cm of soil for manual cleaning. (See foundation pit excavation profile for details)
4.1.3 The first step is to dig out the surface soil layer to 2m below the natural floor, proceed from west to east, and reserve side slopes during excavation. 20cm manual cleaning. Then dig the foundation soil in the center of the foundation pit to -3.5m, and reserve 8m around it to make a working surface for soil nail wall anchor construction. The slope will be trimmed as the soil is excavated, and the slope soil nail wall construction will be carried out (see the dewatering and slope protection plan for details) ). After the soil nail wall concrete reaches the allowable strength in the first step (usually 12 hours after the soil nail wall concrete injection is completed), the soil layer reserved around the first part of the working surface is excavated, and the slope is trimmed along with the excavation, and the slope is Soil nail wall construction.
4.1.4 The first step of excavation is completed, and the second step of excavation will begin after the soil-nailed wall concrete reaches the allowable strength. The excavator returns to the starting point of the first step of excavation and proceeds to the second step of excavation to -8m in the direction of the first step. The construction personnel also carry out slope modification and soil nail wall construction.
4.1.5 The second step of excavation is completed, and the third step of excavation will begin after the concrete of the soil nail wall reaches the allowable strength. The third step is to excavate to -12.8m, and carry out slope trimming and soil nail wall construction as the soil is excavated.
4.1.6 When the excavation is within 50cm from the bottom of the pit, the surveyor will draw out a 50cm horizontal line, nail horizontal elevation wooden wedges on the side of the trench, draw several datum points in the foundation pit, and pull through the line for leveling. .
4.1.7 The width of the bridleway is 4m and the slope is 15. When closing the horse track, two excavators were used to pour out most of the soil from the horse track. The remaining part was cleaned manually, lifted out by a crane, and scaffolding was set up for soil nail wall construction.
4.1.8 When the mechanical excavation reaches the last step, the surveyors immediately release the foundation slope line and foundation trench drilling point, and start the foundation trench drilling construction.
4.1.9 After the drilling is completed, the foundation trench shall be inspected and accepted. After passing the test, 20cm of reserved soil will be manually excavated, the 50cm standard rod shall be measured with a ruler, and the foundation elevation shall be checked at any time. And place the groove edge line on the cleaned base.
Manual soil removal is carried out backwards. If the trolley has to walk on the excavated base soil, it must be padded with wooden boards or thick iron sheets and the base soil must not be disturbed.
4.1.10 After the foundation trench is leveled, cover it with canvas at any time to prevent evaporation loss of moisture in the base soil, causing soil volume expansion, and proceed with the construction of next steps such as cushioning in a timely manner.
4.1.11 During construction, standard piles, observation points, and pipe networks should be protected, and ancient tomb cultural relics should be promptly applied to relevant departments for processing.
4.1.12 In order to prevent groundwater and rainwater from soaking the bottom of the tank, a 50cm wide temporary drainage ditch should be reserved 30cm away from the edge of the foundation pit, and temporary water pits should be set up at the corners. Each pit should be equipped with a pump The water pump can pump out the water accumulated in the pit at any time.
