When members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee go out for inspections, the Air Force may arrange planes or take civil aviation aircraft according to work needs; other members of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee take civil aviation flights when going out for inspections.
