Fourth, implement risk personnel management. Within 7 days, the returnees from local counties with epidemic situation will be brought into community management, and 3 days of health monitoring and 2 times of nucleic acid detection measures will be implemented. Among them, returnees from static management areas around the world will refer to the control policies of residents living in medium-risk areas.

5. Actively participate in all nucleic acids. Residents should take the initiative to participate in regional nucleic acid testing and screening according to the arrangement of the territorial headquarters.
