In order to conscientiously implement the national and Beijing’s work deployment requirements for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, we must do this work more scientifically and accurately This guideline is formulated based on the actual epidemic prevention and control work in the city's sports and fitness venues, ensuring the safe and orderly operation of sports and fitness venues, and meeting the needs of citizens for fitness services.

1. Scope of application

This guideline applies to public sports venues open to the public and various commercial sports and fitness venues (referring to those engaged in sports officially announced by the State Sports General Administration Business units for sports projects) and business locations for fitness and yoga projects.

2. Basic Requirements

Adhere to unabated prevention and control measures, adhere to people-oriented, scientific and precise, joint prevention and control, strictly implement the "four party responsibilities", and strictly implement temperature measurement , code verification or registration, wearing masks, ventilation and disinfection, "one-meter noodles", limited flow and peak staggering and other measures to ensure the safe and orderly operation of sports and fitness venues in this city.

3. Basic prevention and control measures

(1) Implement appointment temperature measurement and code verification measures. Adhering to the reservation mechanism, all fitness personnel entering the venue should use "Beijing Health Treasure" to scan and register their personal information, and implement a "green code" access system. Strictly implement body temperature testing, and those who refuse to accept QR code scanning, temperature testing or have abnormal body temperature will not be allowed to enter. During the opening period, scientific measures will be taken to control the flow of people, and site inspections and dynamic monitoring of the flow of people will be strengthened to prevent people from gathering.

(2) Implement ventilation and disinfection measures. In indoor fitness venues, priority should be given to opening windows to use natural ventilation. If possible, exhaust fans and other exhaust devices can be turned on to enhance indoor air flow. Open windows for ventilation at least three times a day in the morning, noon and evening, and each time should be no less than 1 hour. Referring to the "Guidelines for Preventive Disinfection During the Epidemic of Pneumonia Infected by Novel Coronavirus" issued by the city's disease control department, focus on strictly implementing regular disinfection measures for fitness venues, toilets, public shower rooms, etc., and increase cleaning and disinfection measures appropriately according to usage. Disinfection frequency. Bathrooms should be kept clean and dry, equipped with hand sanitizer or quick-drying hand disinfectant, and ensure that faucets and other facilities are in normal use. Good ventilation should be maintained when the shower room is open, and all facilities and places should be thoroughly cleaned after the end of each day. Public fitness equipment, facilities, and public items must be disinfected regularly.

(3) Ensure the minimum per capita exercise area. In principle, a safe distance should be maintained during fitness exercises to avoid gatherings of people. The per capita sport area for skiing and skateboarding is no less than 20 square meters; the per capita sport area for ice skating and roller skating is no less than 5 square meters; and the per capita sport area for other indoor sports is no less than 4 square meters. Under the normalization of the epidemic situation, the per capita swimming area of ??artificial swimming pools shall not be less than 5 square meters.

For group activities such as sports training, fitness coaching, group exercise classes, etc., on the premise of ensuring that people do not gather and maintain a safe distance, the size of the personnel should be reasonably determined in accordance with the requirements of the minimum per capita exercise area of ??the fitness venue. When a local epidemic occurs in the local area, personnel control should be further strengthened according to the requirements of the local government.

(5) Implement employee health monitoring measures. According to the development situation of the epidemic, we will carefully identify at-risk personnel, strengthen employee management and education, implement various prevention and control measures, and cooperate with epidemic response. Strictly abide by Beijing's relevant regulations on resumption of work and production, and establish a monitoring system for employees' body temperature and health status.

Units with employees living in collective dormitories should do a good job in epidemic prevention in dormitories.

(6) Carry out vaccination and nucleic acid testing. In accordance with the principle of receiving first-responders as soon as possible, personnel engaged in sports services should be actively vaccinated and undergo regular nucleic acid testing. For training venues with a large number of people and high mobility such as sports training, sports venues with poor air flow, swimming venues and other key places, a regular environmental nucleic acid testing system should be established and included in the scope of environmental testing in key local places.

(7) Provide publicity and guidance on prevention and control. All types of sports and fitness venues should post health reminders in prominent locations, use a variety of methods to publicize knowledge about novel coronavirus pneumonia and infectious disease prevention and control, and advocate the concepts of scientific prevention and control and scientific fitness. Through broadcasts and other means, fitness personnel are promptly reminded to maintain a safe distance, wear masks scientifically, and protect themselves. When a local epidemic occurs, scientifically adjust exercise intensity and exercise time.

(8) Be prepared for emergency response. Various sports and fitness venues should establish scientific, standardized, timely and effective emergency plans for epidemic prevention and control. People who are found to have symptoms of new coronavirus pneumonia should immediately take temporary isolation measures, activate the emergency plan, promptly call 120 to transfer the relevant personnel to the fever clinic for investigation and treatment, and track the investigation results. When a suspected or confirmed case of new coronavirus pneumonia is diagnosed, Cooperate with the disease control department in handling the disease. No individual may conceal their itinerary, report late, omit or make false reports, or refuse epidemic prevention inspections and prevention and control measures for any reason.

(9) Actively cooperate with supervision and inspection. On the premise of fulfilling prevention and control responsibilities in accordance with laws and regulations, all types of sports and fitness venues should actively accept and actively cooperate with supervision and inspections from departments at all levels, rectify existing problems in a timely manner, and jointly carry out prevention and control work. Sports departments in each district regularly organize supervision and inspections, and promptly urge rectifications when problems are discovered to ensure that prevention and control efforts are not reduced and measures are not relaxed.

(10) Care for the elderly fitness group. Sports departments in each district should actively guide sports and fitness venues to provide telephone reservation services for the elderly or to provide reservation-free admission if there are vacancies during the day.
