1. Restriction time.

2. Restricted areas.

The restricted area for trucks is divided into ordinary restricted areas and core competition areas.

(1) General restricted areas: Xi'an Ring Expressway (including roads), roads within the Third Ring Road (including roads) and S107 Provincial Highway (the section from the junction of Huyi District and Zhouzhi County to Ideal Road) .

(2) Core area of ??the event: North of the Beltway (northern section) and Dongcheng Avenue (excluding roads), west of the G210 National Highway West Korea Highway Section (excluding roads), Qinhan Avenue (including roads) ) to the south, and to the east of Shanghong Road (excluding roads), it encloses the roads in the area.

3. Types of restricted trucks.

Light and micro trucks (except light and micro enclosed trucks), medium and heavy trucks and special operation vehicles.

4. Other matters.

(1) Trucks holding passes for the 14th National Games and the Paralympic Games and new energy trucks with special new energy license plates (including those from other places) are not subject to traffic restrictions.

(2) Trucks that really need transportation and transport materials necessary for production and daily life should go to the traffic management department of the public security organ or apply for a "Temporary Pass for Trucks" through the "Xi'an Traffic Police" WeChat service account " and drive according to the prescribed time and route.

(3) Trucks that need to transit Xi'an during the restricted period can take the section from 107 Provincial Highway from Ideal Road to Dazhai Road in Lantian County, G210 National Highway from the intersection of G108 National Road to Qinhan Avenue, Shanghong Road, and G3021 Linxing Expressway. , G5 Beijing-Kunming Expressway, G65 Baomao Expressway, G6522 Yanxi Expressway, G30 Lianhuo Expressway, G6521 Yulan Expressway, G70 Lanshang Expressway, and G40 Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway are bypassed.
