Contents of the pledge of joining the League

1. The pledge of joining the Youth League is as follows: I voluntarily join the China Youth League, abide by the League's articles of association, carry out the League's resolutions, fulfill the League's obligations, strictly observe the League's discipline, study hard, work hard, suffer hardships first, enjoy later, and strive for the cause of * * *.

2. According to the articles of association, young people in China who have reached the age of 14 but have not reached the age of 28, who recognize the articles of association of the Communist Youth League, are willing to join the Communist Youth League and work actively in it, implement the resolutions of the Communist Youth League and pay the tour fee on time, can apply to join the productive youth league in China.

Article 5 of the articles of association stipulates that new members must attend the admission ceremony and take the oath of membership under the league flag.
