Norms for siesta in kindergartens

Nap is an indispensable part of kindergarten life, which has an important influence on the healthy development of children's body and mind. In order to let children sleep peacefully in a comfortable environment, faculty and staff need to follow certain norms and processes.

Suitable indoor temperature

Before the baby goes to sleep, the faculty and staff must first ensure that the indoor temperature is suitable and create a comfortable sleeping environment for the children.

A soft and comfortable bed

Carefully prepare soft and comfortable beds, bedding and pillows for each child, and change them in time with the change of seasons, so that children can sleep peacefully in warmth and comfort.

Nap time standard

Take a nap 30 minutes after meals to ensure that the child's digestive system has enough time to rest, and not earlier than 02:30 pm to ensure adequate sleep time of not less than 2 hours.

Take off your coat and pants.

For the sake of children's comfort and health, they should take off their coats during a nap. For children sleeping in the same bed, they are required to sleep with a pillow and a quilt, from head to toe, to ensure that every child can enjoy an independent and safe nap time.
