What does the name Franklin mean?

The story is about two parallel worlds-the masked police chief in the city at that time, an art girl student who tried to commit suicide in modern London; Looking for the father of the child; A man who can't extricate himself from the illusion because of his fiancee's death; The story of these four people, originally unrelated four lost souls collided at the end of the story in a place called Franklin (the heroine's apartment), as far as I know.
