State food and drug administration. China Food and Drug Administration is an institution directly under the State Council, People's Republic of China (PRC), which is mainly responsible for the supervision and management of food, drugs and medical devices.

In 2023, the US Food and Drug Administration basically established a new system of laws and regulations matching the new food safety law. The Bureau has successively issued two rules and regulations supporting the new food safety law, such as health food registration and filing, formula food registration for special medical use, etc. 12, and deployed the construction of food safety standard system, accelerated the standard cleaning and integration, and formulated the residue limit standards for agricultural and veterinary drugs.
