An Youshi, whose real name is Xiao Min and nickname is Zhong Yun, 1905 was born in a poor scholar family in Anzhenze, Wuxi, Jiangsu. Graduated from the fifth higher primary school in Wuxi county. Because his family was poor, he couldn't go to school. He found a job as a primary school teacher by self-study culture. He has taught in Anzhen, Cheting, Suzhou Han Hui and other primary schools. After the May 4th Movement, under the influence of new ideas and new culture, An Youshi yearned for light and pursued truth. According to the social reality at that time, he wrote novels and comments such as After Isolation and The Devil's Snobbish to expose the darkness of society. Inspired and introduced by Jianping Tong (President of China Lone Star Society), he joined the progressive societies "China Lone Star Society" and "Tin Society" successively. 1925 When the May 30th Massacre broke out, An Youshi took an active part in solidarity activities in Suzhou. At the same time, due to the "Lone Star Club", An Youshi met Qin Bangxian (played by Bo Gu Kailai) and became a good friend in the future. At that time, Qin Bangxian was studying in Suzhou Provincial Second Institute of Technology and was one of the leaders of Suzhou Student Union. On June 7, An Jianping and Qin Bangxian met at An Youshi's residence. That night, Qin Bangxian was suddenly caught in a storm on the road. "The rain is like a basin, and his body is like a drowned rat. "AnYouShi deeply moved, hurriedly took out his clothes from the suitcase, to Qin Bangxian replacement. Even if thousands of troops and horses defend the enemy on the battlefield, the soul will not die and the country will not die, and the truth will flourish on earth." Expressed the great ambition of saving the country and the people.

1926 In the spring, An Youshi attended the 6th Guangzhou Peasant Movement Workshop hosted by him, and listened to the speeches of famous producers such as Peng Pai, and so on, which improved his political theory level and his understanding of the development of the domestic revolutionary situation. According to the arrangement of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences, An Youshi shaved his head, wore sandals, received militarization training, and seriously participated in the agricultural transportation practice in Haifeng rural areas. It improved the class consciousness, exercised the revolutionary will and enriched the struggle knowledge of the agricultural movement. Later, introduced by his classmate Hang Guoren, he joined the China * * * Production Party.

In September of the same year, An Youshi ended his study and life in the Agricultural College and boarded a ship bound for Shanghai with his companions. The ship was sailing on the blue sea. With the rolling of the waves, his heart surged and he began to think deeply, depicting the blueprint for returning to his hometown to carry out agricultural transportation. After arriving in Shanghai, the Kuomintang Jiangsu Provincial Party Department appointed him as the special commissioner of the provincial peasant movement, in charge of the agricultural movement in Wuxi. Despite the fatigue of the journey, he returned to his hometown of Wuxi.

Wuxi is a city with developed national industry and commerce in modern times, and it is also a land of plenty. However, due to years of infighting among feudal warlords and cruel exploitation by landlords and gentry, the vast number of poor farmers are in dire straits. An Youshi takes his hometown, the northeast countryside, as the starting point of his work. Because of the high land concentration rate here, the proportion of tenant farmers and poor farmers is large; Moreover, it is located in the marginal area, and the control of the authorities is weak; I also have many personal social relationships, which is convenient for me to stand on. After making up his mind, he began the arduous investigation and liaison work.

In rural areas, it is inevitable that a young man will run around all day and keep doing farm work. In order to divert the attention of the reactionary forces, An Youshi released news that he was anxious to raise money for the wedding. Therefore, in the form of visiting relatives and friends, he went deep into the poor peasants and farm labourers, publicized against the exploitation of feudal warlords and landlords, mobilized the masses and established farmers' associations. Jiangnan is a paddy field network area, with rivers and lakes criss-crossing. The distance between villages is not far, but walking around the river is one or two times farther. He wears sandals and never stops. He went through the local Gushan, Houshan and Doushan and visited one house after another. In the evening, I walked along the field path with lanterns and had a heart-to-heart talk with poor farm workers in the hut. Soon, more than 20,000 farmers joined the association and established farmers' associations in Anzhen, Yanjiaqiao, Donghu Tang, Zhaimen and Zhangjing Bridge.

1927 February, Wuxi prefectural Committee was established, and An Youshi was appointed as a member of the prefectural Committee and minister of agriculture. On March 4th of the same year, a meeting of Wuxi farmers' representatives was held in Anzhen, announcing the establishment of Wuxi County Farmers' Association. An Youshi was elected as the chairman and Hangzhou was appointed as the organization minister. This marks that the peasant movement in Wuxi has entered a new stage.

On 2 1 day, the red flags in urban and rural areas of Wuxi were displayed, decorated with lanterns and colored lights, and the scene was jubilant. An Youshi led the members of the peasant association to the railway station, warmly welcoming the Northern Expeditionary Army to Wuxi and the unprecedented development of the workers and peasants movement. From now on, Wuxi County Farmers' Association will move into Hengshan Hall in Baer Lane of the city and turn it into a public activity. From then on, An Youshi mobilized farmers in Wuxi four townships to fight against local tyrants and evil gentry with greater political enthusiasm, which was huge and shocked urban and rural areas. Some farmers' associations confiscated the grain stored by the bully landlords, distributed it to the poor and hired farmers to solve the food difficulty in the "third famine". Some farmers' associations confiscated the tools symbolizing the oppression of farmers by landlords for thousands of years-big buckets, big hooves and big scales, and sent the largest one to the county farmers' association for exhibition. These things were piled up around 82 Lane, where the farmers' association was located. Landlords and rich people fleeing from the urban revolution are constantly afraid and worried. Other farmers' associations arrested local tyrants and evil gentry, organized public trial meetings and paraded the streets, among which Jiangxi Bridge, Luoshe and Shitangwan were the largest and most influential.

On the 25th, more than 2,000 farmers from Jiangxi Bridge area gathered in Yangyizhuang to hold a mass meeting, shouting slogans such as "Down with local tyrants and evil gentry" and "Down with Yang", and publicly tried the bully landlord Yang. After the meeting, the angry crowd escorted Yang wearing a hat to the city and asked the county government to punish him. On the 30th, more than 3,000 farmers around Luoshe and Shitang Bay gathered in the square in front of Kaili Temple in Luoshe to hold a mass meeting. After the meeting, farmers went to Shitangwan to take over Wanan CCBA, burning clothes, deeds and books. At the landlord's house in Sun Shi. On the morning of April 6th, more than 5,000 farmers once again gathered in the square in front of Kaili Temple to hold a meeting to thoroughly liquidate the crimes of Sun Shi landlords. The peasant masses held high slogans such as "Down with local tyrants and evil gentry", "Down with Sun" and "Down with Sun Pingdong", petitioned the city along the ancient canal, and submitted a petition to the county magistrate, demanding that the four tyrants in Sun Shi be punished. This massive and numerous anti-feudal struggle shocked the landlords and gentry, fully demonstrated the great power of poor peasant organizations, and the Wuxi peasant movement entered a climax.

Just as the workers' and peasants' movement was developing in depth, one night in June of 5438+04, the Kuomintang Rightists and reactionary military police suddenly attacked the Wuxi Federation of Trade Unions. Immediately, Wuxi County Farmers Association was also destroyed, and white terror enveloped urban and rural areas. On June 5th (438+05), An Youshi led the cadres of the county peasant association back to Anzhen. That evening, he immediately called an emergency meeting of the peasant association cadres. He said firmly at the meeting: "Chiang Kai-shek openly betrayed the revolution and took refuge in imperialism, and his hands were covered with the blood of revolutionaries. But revolutionary forces can't be killed. We can assert that it is not the * * * production party that perishes, but the reactionary party. Therefore, we should continue to struggle with confidence and lay a solid foundation for future victory. " With his efforts, the Northeast Rural Farmers' Association has been developed. For a long time, most of the rural political power was in the hands of poor peasants and farm labourers, and a number of cadres were also reserved, which accumulated strength for the upcoming peasant autumn harvest riots that shocked the north and south of the river.

At the beginning of May, An Youshi went to Shanghai with Hangzhou people, reported Wuxi to jiangsu provincial party committee and listened to the instructions of the provincial party committee. Later, due to the needs of revolutionary work, An Youshi stayed in Shanghai, served as the secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Provincial Party Committee, and continued to work in the agricultural movement. On June 26th, due to the traitor's informer, the Kuomintang authorities destroyed the provincial party committee, and he was arrested together with Chen Yannian, secretary of the provincial party committee and other comrades. In prison, the reactionary authorities tortured him and forced him to hand over party secrets. However, he is firm and unyielding. At the beginning of July, 22-year-old An Youshi died in LAM Raymond Bridge of Shanghai Bank.
