1. Before returning to school

1. Fill in the "Shaoxing Health Questionnaire for Teachers, Students and Employees of Schools at All Levels and All Types Returning to Work and School" on WeChat truthfully, and do a good job of "one person, one form" Health registration.

2. Prepare daily and school supplies, spring and summer clothes, toilet paper, wet wipes, etc. The specific requirements are as follows:

According to the relevant requirements of the District Education and Sports Bureau, students are required to wear medical masks while in school. It is recommended that parents prepare an appropriate amount of masks in advance according to the amount of 3 masks needed per day;

Since the classroom needs to be disinfected regularly every day, and no books or student materials are allowed on the table, students are required to prepare a plastic storage box that can store books and study materials.

Due to the need to open windows for ventilation during the epidemic prevention and control period, students should bring enough warm clothes.

3. Organize your appearance: Girls’ hair should be of appropriate length, preferably ear-length, and no makeup; boys should have short hair. All students are not allowed to wear earrings or tattoos. They must wear school uniforms and school ID cards on the day of registration.

4. Standardize hygienic behavior, wear masks correctly, wash hands frequently, pay attention to cough etiquette, hand hygiene, etc.

5. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, myalgia, diarrhea and other symptoms caused by a common cold or other diseases, please postpone returning to school. Go to the designated hospital for diagnosis and treatment, and return to school after recovery with a medical diagnosis certificate, electronic health code and parent's signature commitment.

6. Before returning to school, all students must watch the "Jianhu Middle School Epidemic Prevention and Control Emergency Response Process Demonstration Teaching Video" pushed by the WeChat public account of Jianhu Middle School in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City.

2. When returning to school

1. On the first day of school, students will take their own body temperature at home. If the temperature exceeds 37.3℃, students will not be allowed to return to school and will ask for leave from their homeroom teacher; Students with normal body temperature must wear masks all the way back to school and cooperate with the school in measuring body temperature and disinfecting items.

2. Students should maintain hand hygiene at all times on their way back to school and avoid staying in crowded and poorly ventilated places. Try not to take public transportation.

3. Parents send students to the school gate. Since the square in front of the school gate will be used as a waiting area for students to enter the school, parents’ vehicles need to park in the Jianhu Visitor Center parking lot on the west side of the school. Students must go to the designated class entrance at the designated time to have their temperature taken, and their items must be disinfected before entering the school. According to provincial and municipal document requirements, parents are not allowed to enter the school gate during registration. During the waiting area at the school gate square, students should not be crowded and try to keep a distance of 1 meter between people. After entering the campus on the same day, in principle, you are not allowed to go out.

4. If you are unable to return to school as scheduled due to physical health or special circumstances, you must report to the class teacher in advance.

5. After students return to school, they must hand over their mobile phones to the class teacher for unified management. It is also not allowed to carry controlled knives, lighters, alcohol, 84 disinfectant and other dangerous items without permission. Any violation will be severely punished in accordance with the "Jianhu Middle School Student Disciplinary Punishment Regulations" and the results will be recorded in the student files.

7. Registration process

Queue up at the designated location in the "waiting area" at the school gate;

Carry out spray disinfection in the "disinfection area";

Take a temperature measurement and register in the "Temperature Measurement Area".

For those with normal body temperature, the class teacher will register and inform the students of their dormitory number and bed number. Students will enter the school directly and go to the dormitory to make their beds; for those with abnormal body temperature, they will be handled according to epidemic prevention and control requirements.

8. Concentrated education: At 16:20 in the afternoon, all students will gather in the classroom, and the head teacher will provide education during the epidemic prevention period.

9. Dining in the canteen: After centralized education, students will eat in the canteen in batches and according to designated seating requirements.

After returning to school

During the epidemic, the school will strengthen on-duty inspections and strictly manage personnel entering and exiting. Start and end classes at staggered times to ensure orderly flow of teachers and students and avoid gatherings of people.

Students are asked to strictly abide by the following requirements:

1. After the start of school, students will be under full closed management. Similarly, student dormitories are also under closed management. Any items that are not related to study and life are not allowed to be brought into the dormitory. During the epidemic, the dormitories will not be locked to facilitate the spraying of disinfectant. Please do not store valuables in the dormitories.

2. Generally speaking, students can only enter the school after passing the morning inspection by the guard every morning. They are not allowed to leave the school until the fourth period in the afternoon. All students eat on campus, and no dining out or food delivered by parents is allowed.

3. Boarding students sleep in one bed per person, and students in the same dormitory keep their heads facing the same direction when sleeping. After self-study in the evening, go directly back to the dormitory to wash up and go to bed, without making any noise or sleeping together.

4. If a student develops fever, fatigue, cough and other symptoms while in school, the school will immediately isolate the student and his close contacts, and notify the health department for diagnosis, treatment and testing as soon as possible. They can only return to school after receiving outpatient treatment and testing from the Ministry of Health to ensure that there are no abnormalities in the quarantined objects. Any violators will be severely dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.

5. You must wear a mask in the classroom, sit in the same direction, keep quiet in the classroom, and avoid face-to-face communication. You can choose to wear masks outdoors, in sports fields, and in places where there is a large distance between people.

6. Do not gather together during class breaks, do not skip classes, and do not have close contact with classmates to prevent cross-infection.

7. Do physical exercise every day. During physical education classes and inter-class exercises, consciously keep a distance of no less than 1 meter to avoid direct physical contact. The amount of exercise in physical education classes should be moderate, and hands should be washed promptly after class.

8. Eat in batches during off-peak hours. People should face the same direction when eating, do not interact with each other, wash hands promptly after eating, and it is strictly forbidden to eat together around the table.

9. Always pay attention to maintaining personal hygiene and strengthen self-protection. Before eating, after going to the toilet, and after exercising, hands should be washed with hand sanitizer or soap under running water, or wiped with alcohol-based hand sanitizer or disinfectant wipes.

10. According to the relevant requirements of the Education and Sports Bureau, all general students are suspended from participating in evening self-study at school.
