? I think teachers should have eight kinds of consciousness if they want to have a good class:
First, goal consciousness
What's the goal? The goal is the subjective assumption of the expected result, which points out the direction for action and is the core of maintaining all aspects of the organization. Specific to our classroom teaching, it is to solve or determine why we should take this course, what knowledge students should learn in this course, what ability they can achieve, what growth and gains they have, and so on.
If we want to have a good class, we must have a clear teaching goal. So what is our goal? Our teaching materials are all determined according to the national curriculum plan, curriculum standards, syllabus and educational objectives, so these plans, standards, objectives and outlines are an important basis for us to determine our goals. At the same time, the standard of academic quality testing and students' academic situation are also important basis for determining the goal.
The state has determined the basic goal system of each class, namely, three-dimensional goal, knowledge and ability, process and method, emotional attitude and values, which points out the direction and puts forward clear requirements for teachers to determine classroom teaching goals. The scientific and reasonable determination of three-dimensional goals will make our class have direction, standards and basis. The goal is the beginning and end of a class. The expression and expression of goals must be concise. At the beginning of the class, all teachers and students should be clear about the objectives of this class, and carry out learning activities around the objectives, and finally strive to achieve the objectives.
Second, design consciousness.
After the teaching goal is determined, teachers need to carefully design what methods and processes to choose in the whole class to promote the development of classroom teaching activities and finally achieve the ideal teaching effect.

Fourth, the sense of cooperation.

Seven, standard consciousness
? Every class has determined the educational and teaching objectives, which gives the classroom learning and growth a direction and clear goals. Whether it can be realized in the end is to test whether this course meets the standard and whether it achieves the expected effect of design.
Some teachers may say that some classes cannot be checked for compliance. Indeed, in some courses and some emotional goals, it is difficult to test the standards with tests.
