Eight kinds of consciousness of good class

? Classroom teaching is the main position for schools to carry out education and teaching, complete education and teaching tasks and achieve training goals, and it is also the central work of teachers. Only every class is high-quality and efficient. Our ideal of creating an efficient classroom and improving the quality of education has been realized.

? I think teachers should have eight kinds of consciousness if they want to have a good class:

First, goal consciousness

What's the goal? The goal is the subjective assumption of the expected result, which points out the direction for action and is the core of maintaining all aspects of the organization. Specific to our classroom teaching, it is to solve or determine why we should take this course, what knowledge students should learn in this course, what ability they can achieve, what growth and gains they have, and so on.

If we want to have a good class, we must have a clear teaching goal. So what is our goal? Our teaching materials are all determined according to the national curriculum plan, curriculum standards, syllabus and educational objectives, so these plans, standards, objectives and outlines are an important basis for us to determine our goals. At the same time, the standard of academic quality testing and students' academic situation are also important basis for determining the goal.

The state has determined the basic goal system of each class, namely, three-dimensional goal, knowledge and ability, process and method, emotional attitude and values, which points out the direction and puts forward clear requirements for teachers to determine classroom teaching goals. The scientific and reasonable determination of three-dimensional goals will make our class have direction, standards and basis. The goal is the beginning and end of a class. The expression and expression of goals must be concise. At the beginning of the class, all teachers and students should be clear about the objectives of this class, and carry out learning activities around the objectives, and finally strive to achieve the objectives.

Second, design consciousness.

After the teaching goal is determined, teachers need to carefully design what methods and processes to choose in the whole class to promote the development of classroom teaching activities and finally achieve the ideal teaching effect.

Design is a process of conveying an idea through reasonable planning and careful planning, and through various forms of feeling. The design of classroom teaching must be based on the teaching objectives, the scientific laws of education, the nature and characteristics of disciplines, the requirements of organization and management, and advanced educational and teaching concepts and theories, and carry out macro-planning and detailed link flow planning. For example, in painting, each module and link has an independent task, which is a closely related organic whole. A good teacher should first be a master of planning and designing a classroom.

Scientific and reasonable classroom design will make the whole classroom clear, smooth, progressive, dynamic, decent, vivid and efficient.

Third, subject consciousness.

Classroom is the main position of education and teaching. Preparation before class, practice after class, consolidation, etc. All for better classroom teaching, but often many teachers don't know their own priorities, and even usurp the host's role. The class is unclear and protracted, and the classroom can't finish the teaching task. Just after class, I deceived myself. Ask the students to solve the remaining problems themselves or ask their classmates and teachers, and then arrange a lot of mechanical homework. The next class is a new beginning, and the content of the last class will go away. Casual classroom arrangement after class has become a vicious circle that restricts the improvement of education quality, increases students' learning burden, dampens students' interest in learning, takes up opportunities and time for students to rest, practice, experience, read and enrich their hobbies, and further worsens their learning situation.

In the bilateral activities of classroom teaching, students' learning should be the main body. Even from the perspective of exam-oriented education, it is the students who take the exam in the end, and the students are faced with problems on the test paper. The explanation of these questions depends on students' own thinking, mastery and application of knowledge, expression in their own language and standardized answers, and good results have been achieved. From this logical point of view, students still need to think deeply, remember, understand, use and express, which is the need of truly profound learning, which further proves that the main body of the classroom should be students' learning. All classroom activities run through the process of students' active learning, independent learning, cooperative learning, demonstration learning, laboratory learning and perfect learning.

From this point of view, whether it is quality education or so-called exam-oriented education, students' "learning" should be the main body of the classroom.

Fourth, the sense of cooperation.

? There is a saying in the book Learning: "If you study alone without friends, you will be ignorant." Taking students' "learning" as the main body, the classroom must go through the process of autonomous learning and cooperative learning. A good teacher should be a master of mobilizing and motivating students to learn.

Regardless of active or passive competition, students will have a strong motivation to learn. Regardless of individual competition or team competition, students will study hard for the dignity and honor of themselves and their groups. The regulation of teachers is to arouse cooperation and competition at all levels through appreciation and encouragement, and to stimulate students' good learning atmosphere of autonomous learning, active learning, participation in learning and hard study.

Sixth, the sense of time control

Classroom teaching should complete the teaching task within the unit time, realize the teaching goal and reach the standard in class. Every minute must be responsible, and every minute cannot be wasted. As teachers, we carefully prepare lessons, select and refine, and highlight key points in order to make full use of the limited time in the classroom and give full play to the maximum benefit of the classroom.

In the traditional education with education as the main body, the teaching progress and learning situation are basically grasped according to the rhythm of teachers. However, in the classroom with students as the main body and learning as the main line, it is not necessarily recommended to follow the preset rhythm. This requires teachers to enhance their awareness of time control, make clear the time limit of each link, improve quality, hold competitions and promote students' learning efficiency.

Seven, standard consciousness

? Every class has determined the educational and teaching objectives, which gives the classroom learning and growth a direction and clear goals. Whether it can be realized in the end is to test whether this course meets the standard and whether it achieves the expected effect of design.

Some teachers may say that some classes cannot be checked for compliance. Indeed, in some courses and some emotional goals, it is difficult to test the standards with tests. However, most courses can still be tested with knowledge and ability as the goal. Of course, there are many ways to test standards, not just tests. But in any case, teachers must firmly establish the awareness of reaching the standard if they want to have a good class. The content, objectives, tasks and efforts of this class should be solved in this class. Try not to leave them after class for students to solve themselves, or leave them for the next class, and then take up a certain amount of time to complete the tasks of the last class, resulting in each class being incomplete and substandard. Only by being honest and not pinning our hopes on after class can we really reduce the burden, improve the quality and increase the efficiency for students.

Eight, education consciousness

Moral education is the fundamental task of our education. The biggest difference between educators and teachers is that one is to teach and educate people, and the other is to teach and educate people only. Classroom teaching is the central work of the school and the main position of teaching and educating people. Our moral education should not stay in empty slogans and fleeting activities, but should go deep into every subject and penetrate into every class. Teachers should dig deep into the elements of moral education in each class, enlighten wisdom with morality, nourish the soul with morality, pay equal attention to both ability and political integrity, and work hard with morality, intelligence and physique. Under the influence of moral education in an open class, students naturally get used to it and accept all kinds of positive moral education. Educating people is more solid, far-reaching and lasting.

Education and teaching is the main business of teachers, and classroom is the main position of education and teaching.
