4.2.2 Negotiation and signing of ship repair contract.

4.2.3 Preparation before repair

The ship management department of the fleet should make a special study on the ship repair scheme and determine the items and repair contents.

.2 The ship shall, according to the needs of the ship repair project, submit the list of required spare parts to the ship management department of the fleet, and place an order according to the Management Measures for Material Procurement to ensure the progress of ship repair, and indicate the spare parts suppliers on the repair list.

.3 Spare parts that need to be manufactured and processed and special materials needed for ship repair shall be explained to the shipyard in advance, and the suppliers and technical requirements of these spare parts shall be stated on the repair list.

.4 In order to ensure the smooth progress of ship repair, in the process of ship repair, the chief officer, chief engineer, engineer and other major crew members should keep relatively stable, do a good job of supervision and cooperation, and do a good job of self-repair and maintenance of the ship.

4.3 Repair supervision, review and acceptance

4.3.3 During the ship repair, the ship management department of the fleet shall send a maintenance representative to preside over the ship repair work, formulate and sign documents on behalf of the fleet, and supervise the progress and quality of the ship repair.

4.3.4 During the ship repair, the fleet maintenance representative shall urge the ship leaders to strengthen the organization and leadership of the crew's self-repair work and provide material and technical support such as materials and accessories.

4.3.5 Under normal circumstances, the identified factory repair projects will not change. If additional items are really necessary, they shall not exceed 65,438+00% of the original items.
