Introduction to "Wrong Edition of Rare Stamps" about Wrong Editions of Rare Postals

"Misprinted Rare Stamps" is my country's first comprehensive set of misprinted stamps produced under the supervision of the China Cultural Relics Association. It spans more than 70 years of history and includes 102 misprinted stamps and comparisons with the genuine ones. There are 6 stamps, totaling 108, covering history, military, characters, politics, science and technology and other fields. It is a rare stamp collection with the most complete collection of incorrect stamps in China so far.

1. The "Huaihai Battle Victory Commemorative Stamp" was questioned by philately enthusiasts and historians after its issuance. It turned out that on January 19, 1949, "People's Daily" published an article Congratulatory message from the Central Committee on the successful conclusion of the Huaihai Campaign. It clearly states that the start time of the Huaihai Campaign was "November 6th last year (1948)", but this stamp mistakenly printed the start date of the Huaihai Campaign from the 6th to the 9th.

2. "Holy Land of Revolution·Tiananmen" In a set of "Tiananmen Pictures" ordinary stamps issued by China Post in the 1960s, the slogans on both sides of the tower lacked the portrait of Chairman Mao in the middle.

3. "Chinese People's Police" This is the only set of police-themed stamps issued by the State Post so far. However, it is the second "Quick Attack" main image in this set of stamps with special political significance. One of the police officers pointed forward with his index finger, and there were six fingers on the shocking pattern. Such an error was rare in history.

4. "Chinese Classical Novel - Journey to the West" Sun Wukong is the protagonist in "Journey to the West", one of my country's four major classical literary masterpieces. On the way to the beginning of escorting Monk Tang to the West for Buddhist scriptures, Sun Wukong killed a tiger. And he made himself an apron from tiger skin. Since then, this tiger skin skirt has become a classic prop for Sun Wukong to defeat monsters. The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of my country issued a set of "Journey to the West" stamps with Sun Wukong as the protagonist on December 1, 1979. There are 8 stamps in the set, namely Shuiliandong, Zhan Nezha, Pantaoyuan, Bagua Lu, Dabaigu, Banana Fan, Pansi Cave and the pilgrimage path. What is interesting is that in addition to the last four, in the scenes of Shuilian Cave, Zhan Nezha, Pantaoyuan and Bagua Furnace, Sun Dasheng, who has not yet set foot on the journey to the West and is causing havoc in the Heavenly Palace, is also wearing a tiger skin skirt. , there were errors that were obviously inconsistent with the original plot.

5. "Xu Xiangqiang, one of China's top ten marshals, full-page wrong ticket" is included in the rare collection. The out-of-print limited edition of 5,000 sets of rare wrong tickets is non-renewable.

"Misprinted Rare Stamps" is out of print and limited to 5,000 sets. Such a rare circulation is because some precious stamps are currently difficult to find, which can be said to be "hard to find". The collection of "Misprinted Rare Stamps" was collected through years of hard work by several experts and the savings of a large number of private collectors were used to issue 5,000 sets. This has reached the limit, and the number is very small compared to the national stamp collectors. The "Misprinted Rare Stamps" collection will surely set a new high in stamp collections in the future and bring surprises to collectors!
