What is the activity mechanism of striving for excellence?

There are four mechanisms in the "Being First and Striving for Excellence" activity:

The first is comprehensive benchmarking. Party organizations at all levels and party members select benchmarks and set goals. Combined with one's own actual situation, set a benchmark for catching up and set annual work goals.

The second is acknowledgment of responsibility and commitment. After setting benchmarks and annual work goals, party organizations at all levels and party members make public commitments through public columns, showcases, display boards and other forms.

The third is to show your cards and demonstrate. Party members wear party emblems and sign up for work; service industries and window units set up "Party Member Demonstration Post" tables to disclose their names, positions, responsibilities, service commitments, etc.

The fourth is to capture the flag and strive for the stars. Party organizations capture the flag and party members compete for stars. Pioneer flags are awarded and model stars are awarded every quarter. Pioneer flags and model stars flow regularly.
