Tea Culture Exquisite Prose Rising in Datian

"Mountain clouds make good tea", located in Datian, the center of Bamin. There are 0/75 peaks/kloc-over 1,000 meters in the territory, with overlapping peaks and green clouds, which are exactly the same.

Datian tea has a long history. It was a tribute to Beijing in the Qing Dynasty, and tea was also recorded in Kangxi Dictionary. However, after the reform and opening up, it once declined. Ten years ago, Datian revived the tea road, scientifically planned and comprehensively upgraded the tea industry chain such as planting, processing, packaging, marketing, brand and culture. At present, the county has an area of 86,000 mu of tea gardens and more than 2,200 tea factories with an output value of 630 million yuan. It has become one of the main tea producing areas in Fujian and won the only "China Alpine Tea Town" in China.

On the road of tea ceremony, Datian strives to be green, rationally plans tea gardens, and innovatively promotes the characteristic model of "pig-marsh-tea". The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine listed Datian as Fujian Oolong Tea Geographical Indication Product Protection Zone, Fujian Tea New Area Development and Research Base and National Green Tea Standardized Production Base County.

Strive for scale and cultivate a number of provincial and municipal leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization, such as Dafangguang Company. Under the guidance of the government, Yun Xuan, Xianding, Liufangyuan, Chongshengyan and other large tea enterprises have vigorously promoted the joining of chain stores, and there are 53 Yun Xuan chain stores nationwide;

Strive for brand, 56 registered trademarks of tea farmers in the county, 6 won famous trademarks in Sanming City, 3 won famous trademarks in Fujian Province and 2 won famous brand products in Fujian Province. "Xianding" brand oolong tea and green tea were certified by the Quality and Safety Center of the Ministry of Agriculture, and "Oriental Beauty" tea won the gold medal of international famous tea. County quality supervision and tea industry jointly formulated and issued the provincial and local "Comprehensive Standard of Jinguanyin Oolong Tea", which was popularized and applied in the whole province.

With Wenxing tea, the tea rhyme is more sufficient, the tea fragrance is stronger and the tea road is wider.

Since 20xx, the county has held the Alpine Tea Culture Festival every year1October 28th, successively in Beijing, Shanghai, Fuzhou, Xiamen and other places. Tea fragrance floats to Kyushu, and tea culture elements such as tea art performances and te amo performances are in full bloom. Cross-Strait Alpine Camellia Forum, Cross-Strait Tea Country Cheyou Tournament and other activities have been extended, which has enhanced the reputation of Datian Alpine Camellia and enriched the connotation of cultural festivals.

In addition to the wonderful tea fighting competition, tea art exhibitions, tea photography and calligraphy exhibitions and tea industry forums have also become the focus of attention.
