1. Enhance awareness to prevent risks. We advocate caution in online shopping and logistics transportation, and in particular, try to avoid purchasing goods from overseas and domestic medium- and high-risk areas to minimize the risk of cross-infection virus introduction caused by receiving express mail.

2. Protect first and then receive. When receiving express mail from overseas and domestic medium- and high-risk areas, you must wear masks and disposable gloves correctly to avoid direct contact. Contactless delivery is advocated. If you need to sign for delivery in person, please keep a safe distance of more than 1 meter from the courier.

3. Disinfect and let stand before use. When disassembling, first use chlorine-containing disinfectant or 75% alcohol to thoroughly disinfect the outer and inner packaging in sequence, and let it sit in a ventilated place for 30 minutes before taking out the inner items.

4. Wash your hands after opening mail. Take off your gloves promptly after handling express mail, wash your hands thoroughly with hand disinfectant, and avoid touching your mouth, eyes, and nose with unclean hands.

5. Packaging and disposal must be standardized. After unpacking the express mail, do not take the outer packaging home and dispose of it properly as soon as possible in accordance with domestic waste disposal requirements.

6. Report abnormal situations early. If you develop fever, cough or other abnormal symptoms after receiving an express mail, you should go to a designated medical institution for medical treatment point-to-point and report in a timely manner in accordance with the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control, on the premise of taking personal protection and not taking public transportation.
