The People's Republic of China (PRC) Physician Law stipulates which day of the year is China Physician's Day.

August 19. The 30th meeting of the 13th the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) voted to pass the Law of Chinese Medicine Practitioners in People's Republic of China (PRC). The Physician Law will come into force on March 1 day, 2022, which clearly stipulates that August 19 every year is China Physician's Day. This law, which consists of 7 chapters and 67 articles, will provide effective legal protection for protecting doctors' legitimate rights and interests, standardizing doctors' practice, strengthening the construction of doctors' team, protecting people's health and implementing the strategy of healthy China.

First, the doctor's professional ethics

1, as doctors, we should always think of patients and do everything possible to relieve their pain; Heal the wounded and rescue the dying and practice socialist humanitarianism.

2, respect the patient's personality and rights, regardless of nationality, gender, occupation, status, property status, should be treated equally;

3. Civilized and courteous service. Dignified manners, civilized language, kind attitude, sympathy, care and consideration for patients;

4. Integrity. Consciously abide by the law, do not accept patients' red envelopes and banquets, and do not borrow money or things from patients or their families;

5, don't reveal the patient's privacy and secrets;

6, correctly handle the relationship between colleagues, learn from each other, unite and cooperate;

7. Be rigorous and realistic, strive for progress, study medical skills and strive for perfection. Constantly update knowledge and improve technical level.

Two, cancellation of registration, the abolition of the doctor's practice certificate:

1, death;

2. Being subject to criminal punishment;

3. The doctor's practice certificate is revoked;

4. Doctors fail to pass the regular examination, suspend their practice and fail to pass the re-examination;

5. Suspension of medical practice for two years;

6, laws and administrative regulations shall not engage in medical and health services or other cancellation procedures.
