Ask the Buddha to help me resolve my hatred.
Good people. Bro'dee Walker, a Mahasa Bodhisattva, observed this body from head to toe, and there were only filthy things such as hair, claws and teeth, as well as skin, bones and muscles, spleen and kidney, heart and lungs, liver and gallbladder, intestines and stomach, raw and cooked food (undigested food in the stomach and small intestine), urine and urine, eyes and tears, fat paste, meninges, bone marrow, purulent blood and brain abscess. When the Bodhisattva is so attentive, who owns me and to whom do I belong? Where do you live? Who belongs to me?
Thinking again: Is the bone mine? Outside the bone, right? At this time, the Bodhisattva removed the meat and only looked at the bones. I thought: the colors of bones are different, including blue, yellow, red, white and pigeon (cyan). These bones are not mine either. Why? I am not green, yellow, red, white or pigeon. Bodhisattva made this observation and broke all lust.
I also think this bone comes from karma, relying on the foot bone to support the ankle bone. Support scapula by ankle bone, scapula support kneecap, kneecap support tibia, tibia support waist bone, spine support rib, spine support nape bone, nape bone support epiphysis, teeth and skull support epiphysis. It is also connected by the nape bone to the scapula, the scapula to the arm bone, the arm bone to the wrist bone, the wrist bone to the metacarpal bone, and the metacarpal bone to the phalanx. When Bodhisattva Mahasa observes this way, all the joints of her body are separated. After this view, break my three desires. One is the desire for appearance, the other is the desire for posture, and the third is the desire for touch.
When Bodhisattva Mahasa looked at the blue bone, she saw that the earth was blue in all four dimensions. Look at other colors as well. When Bodhisattva Mahasa made this view, the light of blue, yellow, red and white doves shone from her brow. Bodhisattva sees Buddha statues in these lights. Ask Buddhas: How can you sit up, walk, bend over, stretch and pitch, blink, cry and laugh when your body is composed of unclean karma and combinations? If there is no mastermind, who moved the body? After this question, the buddhas in the light suddenly disappeared. I also think that maybe consciousness is me, so let the buddhas not explain it for me. However, the second birth and death of this consciousness, like running water, is not me. Then I thought, if consciousness is not me, then breathing may be me. But breathing is wind, and wind is four. What am I in the Big Four? The earth is not me, nor is fire, water and wind. I don't want anything in this body. The wind of idealism shows all undertakings by karma and combination. It's like magic power change, and it's like the wind making an unintentional sound. Therefore, this body is so unclean, relying on a combination of various reasons. And where did this greed come from? If you are insulted, where will you get angry? And my 36 organs are dirty and smelly. Who will accept such an insult? If you hear a scolding voice, think, you will know what kind of voice is scolding me. Every voice doesn't know to scold. If you can't have one more, you just can't, so you shouldn't be angry. If he calls, he should also think. Where did this fight come from? Because hands, knives and sticks touch the body, they are called beatings. Why should I be angry with that man? It is my body that brings this blame, because I suffer from this body of five yin. For example, because it is an arrow target, an arrow is shot at it. My body is the same, because I have a body, so I didn't fight. I couldn't stand my heart, so I broke up. If your heart is scattered, you will lose your mindfulness. If I lose mindfulness, I can't tell good from bad. If you can't tell good from evil, you will do evil. Because of evil laws, you will fall into hell, animals and hungry ghosts. After this observation, the Bodhisattva got four thoughts. I have four thoughts and live in a forbearing place. After living here, the Mahasa Bodhisattva can tolerate greed, jealousy and delusion. It can also endure cold and heat, hunger and thirst, mosquitoes, fleas and lice, storms, bad contact and various diseases and epidemics. Swearing, cursing, beating and swearing. Physical and mental distress can endure anything. So it's called a life of forbearance.
