In order to quickly block the risk and chain of epidemic spread in Baohe District and realize social clearing as soon as possible, after comprehensive analysis and judgment, it is decided to further strengthen epidemic prevention and control measures in some areas of Baohe District. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

One. Temporary control area

(1) Enclosure area of South Second Ring Road, Xidi Road, Changshui Road and Jinzhai Road (except Anhui Jianzhu University).

(2) The enclosed area of Yulong Road, Zhongshan Road, Huashan Road and Jinxiu Avenue.

Second, the temporary control time

Temporary control will be implemented from 0: 00 on October 29, 2022/KLOC-0, and the release time will be dynamically adjusted according to the situation and released in time.

Third, the control requirements

(1) Strict community closed management. All communities in the temporary control area are under closed management, and they can only enter and leave, so as to achieve "staying at home and on-site service", and the distribution service of living materials is provided by the community. The staff of national and provincial party and government organs, enterprises and institutions in the district work at home, and the staff of party and government organs and institutions in the district, city and district immediately report to the community, become community volunteers on the spot, and fully participate in the epidemic prevention and control work.

② Strengthen social control. All public places, restaurants, entertainment places, farmers' markets, etc., except medical institutions, public security fire-fighting and other emergency agencies. Will be suspended. The old-age service institutions and welfare homes in the whole region strictly implement closed management.

(3) Strict traffic management. The temporary control area is managed only by entering and leaving, and buses and subways are suspended in the temporary control area. Except vehicles loaded with key materials, police cars, ambulances and vehicles involved in epidemic prevention and control, other vehicles and personnel are not allowed to pass in the temporary control area.

(four) actively participate in nucleic acid testing. Citizens should participate in daily antigen and nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner according to the unified arrangements of their communities. Please be sure to do personal protection during sampling, do not get together or gather together, wear a mask and leave the sampling point immediately after sampling. Please take samples at the designated place and go to the designated medical institution for medical treatment.

(5) Standardize the operation and management of enterprises. Enterprises involved in the basic livelihood security, in line with the conditions of closed management, can be closed-loop production and operation, other enterprises to suspend production and operation activities. During the period of temporary control, the employing unit shall protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees who are unable to arrive at their posts normally due to cooperation in epidemic prevention and control, and shall not dismiss, demote or reduce their salaries.

(six) to provide life service guarantee. For residents with special needs such as medical treatment and medication, please apply to their communities in time, and we will do our best to provide services and further care for elderly people living alone, disabled people and pregnant women. If residents have fever, cough and other symptoms, they should report to the community as soon as possible, and the community will arrange a special car to send them to the designated medical institutions for fever clinics.
