In order to improve service efficiency and effectively protect the service needs of service companies, the Fengxian District Administrative Service Center has targeted " A "unified reservation" blacklist mechanism will be established for behaviors such as arbitrarily canceling reservations or breach of contract after making a reservation on the "One-stop Service" platform, which will lead to a waste of reservation service resources. It will be implemented from October 2022. The rules are as follows: 1. The same applicant (that is, the same identity) Those who cancel their reservations three or more times in a single month will be included in the blacklist and will no longer enjoy the reservation service for three months starting from the 10th of the following month. 2. The same applicant (i.e. the same ID card number or the same mobile phone number) who misses appointments twice or more in a single month will be included in the blacklist and will no longer be able to enjoy the appointment service for three months starting from the 10th of the next month.
