Interview etiquette
First, the interview matters needing attention
Examiner composition: Interviews are generally composed of 5, 7 or 9 examiners (the number is uncertain, but always odd), including personnel from the employer, the organization and personnel department, the discipline supervision department and the theoretical and social science department. Scoring standard: Generally, each candidate will be given an initial score after the interview, and then a final score will be given to each candidate by balancing the overall situation after the interview. Everyone's score is the average after removing the highest score and the lowest score. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview of all personnel, so please take a pen and paper with you and write down the results of yourself and other interviewers. After the interview, ask others about their written test results and calculate the total score in proportion (generally written test *40%+ interview *60%, or written test *50%+ interview *50%), that is, get your ranking after the written test and interview. Can I count you in at this time?
Interview preparation: First, clothes. Prepare a neat suit. Men should wear formal clothes, that is, suit+tie+white shirt+black shoes (dark socks), and women should wear professional suits, which can be decided according to the temperature. The second is the appearance. Hair should be neat, face should be neat, men should shave, and skin should be clean. Ladies can wear light makeup. Third, pay attention to the posture of sitting, standing and walking. Standing like a pine tree and sitting like Mount Tai gives the judges a stable and natural impression. The fourth is to prepare two pieces of white paper, a pen and a watch (preferably with large characters and large display screen). Interview procedure: After arriving at the examination room, there will be a special preparation room. At this time, all interviewers will gather together, and the interview order will be decided by drawing lots about 30 minutes before the interview. After the first interviewer, don't go back to the preparation room, go to the lounge, and don't meet other interviewers. After the second interviewer finishes, go to the lounge and wait for the end with the first interviewer, and so on. If there are many interviewers, there will be a break in the middle. After the interview, people can move freely near the lounge, but not near the examination room and preparation room. When it's your turn to interview, the staff will take you outside the examination room, then enter the examination room, answer the examiner's questions, complete all the answers or the examination time has come, and the staff will take you to the lounge. After the interview, all staff will wait for the judges to score and the staff to calculate the score for a period of time. After calculating the scores, the staff will bring all the interviewers to the examination room again, and the examiner will read out the final interview results of each candidate in the interview order.
2. Interview skills: 1. Pay attention to relax when preparing. If the ranking is low, you can take a nap ten minutes before the exam, recharge your batteries and adjust your whole body state so as to reach your best when you enter the venue. Knock on the door before entering the examination room, and push the door to enter the examination room after hearing the invitation. 3. Take two steps into the examination room, and you will see the judges and other people on the indoor side, with a table and a chair in front of them. Please stand at the table. Then bow to the judges and report your interview number (note: don't give your test number and name, otherwise you will be disqualified from the exam and be directly removed from the list). 4. After bowing, wait for the examiner's prompt. At this time, the examiner will introduce you to the way and content of the exam (including how many questions * * *, how much time * *, and how to answer questions. Generally, there will be an interview description the day before the interview, so you should make it clear in advance and confirm it at this time. After the introduction, the examiner will ask you to listen carefully You should clearly answer "I can hear you clearly". If you can't hear clearly, you can ask questions. Never pretend to understand and make mistakes in the rules. Of course, you'd better listen carefully once. The interview is usually 3-5 questions, and the time to answer each question is 5 minutes. At present, there are generally two kinds of examination methods: one is that the examiner tells you all the questions, and then you decide the 25-minute schedule yourself. In this case, I sometimes send you the exam questions in advance before entering the examination room, so that you can prepare in another preparation room outside the venue during the answer period of the previous candidate, and answer the questions directly after playing. I have been in this situation myself. One is that the examiner asks a question and you answer one, each question lasts for 5 minutes. You can finish the answer in advance, but you can't time out. (In this case, questions are generally not given in advance, mainly because of the on-site reaction and performance). 6. Time to answer questions. No matter which of the above two forms, we should pay attention to the time arrangement (generally, a watch will be prepared on the exam table to remind the time, but just in case, it is best to bring a watch with a large dial and put it on the table when you start thinking about answering questions. Be careful not to use it with you. It is not confident to always raise your hand to look at your watch during the exam. It is enough to take a look at the table every once in a while. Generally speaking, it is reasonable to arrange the time for thinking and answering questions at 3: 2, that is, answering questions for 5 minutes, thinking for 3 minutes and answering for 2 minutes. If you focus on answering five questions, the thinking time is 15 minutes and the answering time is 10 minutes. If it is an off-site preparation for answering questions on the spot, there is no such problem, as long as you don't work overtime at the end. 7. Think about this problem. Paper and pens will be provided on the exam table. When thinking, you should write down the main points of the answer so as to remind yourself in the answer. Pay attention to the priorities, priorities and priorities. In particular, write clearly one, two, three and four, which will be more organized and the same is true for answering questions. 8. Answer the questions. Articulate, clear-headed, coherent, commonly used words are one, two, three, etc., which will give the examiner a more organized feeling. Pay attention to strengthen the control of time and don't work overtime. In addition, if you answer multiple questions in a centralized way, you should pay attention to foster strengths and avoid weaknesses. You can talk more about your good questions and less about your doubts for a while, but not too much. 9. Pay attention to the answer. If you ask questions one by one, you should say that you have answered every question. If you answer them in a concentrated way, you should say that you have answered all the questions. 10, after the completion, please listen to the examiner's password instructions, and then you will be asked to leave the examination table, please stand at attention and bow, and then leave. Summary: 1. If you have the time and conditions, you can ask others to help you conduct a mock interview in your original work unit or school. You should conduct the interview completely in accordance with the formal interview to familiarize yourself with the interview process and environment. Especially familiar with the control of time.
