Major domestic pelletizing plants adopting pelletizing production technology

1, Zhanjiang Longteng Logistics Particle Project

China's first self-designed grate kiln pellet production line with an annual output of 5 million tons (and the only production line capable of producing alkaline pellets in China) was built by China Metallurgical North Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. EPC, and all the pellets produced were used for Baosteel's Luo Jing project and Shaogang's ironmaking raw materials, which will change the situation that Baosteel and Shaogang's pellets are all dependent on imports. The project successfully passed the thermal load test on September 27th, 2009.

2. Ezhou Pelletizing Plant

It belongs to WISCO Mining Company, and its first-phase pelletizing project has the world's largest single-machine 5 million-ton pelletizing production line with a total investment of1654.38+700 million yuan. It adopts the internationally advanced grate-rotary kiln-ring cooler production process, which is jointly designed by Metso Mining Machine and Changsha Metallurgical Design Institute of China, and is responsible for the technology from the outside. The production line was completed and put into operation on February 36, 2005.

3. Shougang Pelletizing Plant

Shougang Pelletizing Plant is the earliest plant in China that pioneered the production technology of oxidized pellets: grate-rotary kiln-ring cooler, which promoted the popularization of grate-rotary kiln-ring cooler technology in domestic pellet production. After technical transformation and second-phase construction, the output of oxide balls reached 3.3 million tons in 2006.
