Chapter 2 Practice Management

Chapter 4 Penalties for Violations and Violations

Article 18 Surveying and mapping intermediary service agencies and practitioners are strictly prohibited from the following behaviors.

(2) Engaging in surveying and mapping activities without obtaining a surveying and mapping qualification certificate.

(3) Engaging in surveying and mapping activities beyond the scope permitted by the qualification level.

(5) Illegally engaging in secret-related, military-related, or foreign-related surveying and mapping activities.

(6) Using concealment, fraud, bribery, collusion, kickbacks and other unfair competition methods to contract business and harm the interests of the client or others.

(7) Taking advantage of professional convenience and illegal operations to seek improper benefits.

(8) Failure to submit surveying and mapping results after the due date.

9. Other behaviors prohibited by laws, regulations, rules and industry norms.

Article 19 Any surveying and mapping intermediary service agencies and practitioners who have committed any of the above-mentioned violations or violations shall, upon confirmation, be given administrative penalties in accordance with the law.
