How to keep pace with the times, blaze new trails, explore ways of working suitable for this community, and make articles that better serve the people is a major event that has been lingering in my mind. Home visit is a regular work for community police to understand social conditions and public opinion and carry out management, service and prevention. Listening to the introduction of the police in the old responsibility area, you will often encounter situations that make you feel that it is wrong to enter the door, and it is not embarrassing to not enter the door. Sometimes it is not even understood and ignored. In this way, it not only affects the quality of work, but also is not conducive to the close relationship between the police and the people. So how can we make it convenient for the masses and carry out our work well? After some thinking, I decided to take my own little folding stool to visit. This humble detail and working method can reflect a kind of respect, equality, patience and persistence for people. I sent critically ill patients to the hospital many times, sent lost children home, looked for female middle school students who played truant for worried parents, drove 100 kilometers for low-income households to solve the problem of "separation of people and households" and moved the household registration to the urban area. In order to prevent possible accidents, I drove the client to Shanghai and successfully mediated a very difficult debt dispute. The car has facilitated the masses, narrowed the distance between me and the people, strengthened the relationship between the police and the people, and enabled me to quickly understand and master the people's feelings in the community in my tireless work.

Looking back on more than a year's work, I rely on the community, base myself on the community, take my room as my home, serve the masses, take home visits as my starting point, treat the residents in my jurisdiction sincerely, start from trivial matters, and integrate into the feelings of the police and the people as a policeman, a model worker in party member and the whole country. After that, people in the community accepted me, got to know me, became familiar with me and trusted me. Community residents with worries, difficulties and dangers first think of community police officer Zhang. The model policeman came, but the model worker was different. On March 1 day, an owner on the fourth floor of Zone D called and said that her daughter 10 had just moved to Jingting Garden. Worried that something would happen to her child, she called police officer Zhang for help. I went to work that night, a typical family of three in China. The couple are workers engaged in law and education respectively. They are usually very busy at work, and of course they are worried about the abnormality of their children. The little girl is 10 years old. She is a very lovely little girl. She is talented, studies well, is a monitor every year, and can write good calligraphy. No one likes such a child, let alone her parents. Through heart-to-heart, I learned that the little girl was mainly afraid that the community was unsafe, that thieves would steal from her house, and that no one would patrol. In response to the child's doubts, I introduced her to the general situation of the community, especially the prevention work. Security guards patrol the community 24 hours a day, which is the best and safest community in Xuancheng. The community is a good place for her to study and live, and the safety is absolutely guaranteed. At the same time, I explained to her that her task was to study hard. A few hours of bitter explanation can show that the child has changed. The next morning, the little girl said to her mother, Mom, I slept soundly last night until dawn. My mother said, why? There is uncle Zhang in the community, and I am not afraid anymore.

On August 6, 2004, a resident ran to the police station to call the police. A resident's house in Building 2 in Area C caught fire. I called the owner after I arrived at the scene, and the result was that it was turned off. At this time, the fire truck also arrived. Firefighters immediately took measures to put out the fire with high-pressure taps, thus avoiding a fire that might hurt other residents. The fire source is gas. In fact, if you find a fire, just turn off the gas valve, but you can't find the owner and can't open the door. Firefighters can only use high-pressure water to put out the fire, but the house is a mess. If there are relatives and friends in the community, find a spare key to open the door and turn off the gas, and the losses of the people will be reduced. Since this incident happened, I have not only registered the basic situation of residents in detail and provided family photos, but also focused on the situation of relatives and friends in the community.

Facts have proved that this practice is effective and wise. One day in June, 2004, 5438+065438+ 10, three residents of Building 4 in Zone D called me and said there was smoke in Room 204 downstairs. After receiving the alarm, I rushed to the scene. Sure enough, there are two people living in Room 204, only the home phone, no mobile phone PHS, and the phone can't be contacted. I didn't immediately listen to other people's opinions and report "65438". It turned out that mother and daughter forgot to turn off the gas stove when they went out in the morning, and porridge was still being cooked on the coal stove. When the water is dry, rice becomes rice, and rice is burned into a crispy rice. Finally, the pot was burned through, brewing a small disaster.

I have been working in the countryside and cities for more than a year, but no matter where I go to work and live, that wild goose wing will never be forgotten by me. I have lived with the people for 1 1 year, and established the feelings of the police and the people that blood is thicker than water. The hardships I have paid for stabilizing one side and solving problems for the people are still vivid in my mind.

1997, three little girls were abducted, one was killed in another province, and the other two were abducted in other places. Dozens of days later, I successfully rescued a girl at a cost of nearly 10,000 yuan. In order to save money and not bother the local police, I took the girl's relatives to drive late at night, preparing to rescue another girl from the traffickers in the dead of night. Unexpectedly, our car was discovered by a group of people just as we arrived at the village entrance. They knew that we were policemen in Jiangnan and had come to save the girl, so they besieged us with sticks and sticks, and we were trapped in the car for a while. This time, the girl was not rescued. I refuse to accept this tone. After I came back, the car was repaired and the people were cured, and then I went to the rescue. Many things happen. This time, the girl succeeded and the family was finally together.

In the same year, a little girl in Shuiyang Town died in a car accident in Yanchi. The parents of the deceased went to the perpetrator's home and cried sadly, scattering their daughter's ashes in the living room. In order to prevent the situation from further vicious development, after receiving the alarm, I immediately took people to the scene, first persuaded the parents of the deceased to leave, and then very readily agreed to the requirements of the families of the perpetrators, and Da Mao slept in his house to ward off evil spirits and seek good luck. That night, I slept on the floor of this dusty living room with two policemen. In the morning, I carefully swept up the ashes scattered on the ground and stored them in a red plastic bag. In order to respect the little girl, I didn't put her ashes casually, but put them in the spare box of my motorcycle, so that I can take this little girl from bad business with me wherever I go. Soon after, when I handed over the well-preserved ashes to her parents, the old man cried bitterly. They shouted their daughter's name and couldn't afford to kneel to me.

For decades, I have adhered to my life coordinates, my beliefs, my unremitting pursuit of better, and devoted myself to the public security work I love, which has been affirmed by leaders at all levels and recognized by local people.
