I am the head of the dormitory of 05 electronic and electrical class, and I am deeply honored and proud to speak on behalf of the civilized dormitory tonight. The topic of my speech is "How to create a civilized dormitory".

Dormitory is the main place for students to study, live and have leisure activities at school. Dormitory management is an important part of moral education and spiritual civilization construction in schools. Strengthening dormitory management is beneficial for students to develop good behavior habits. It is conducive to improving students' ability of "self-education, self-management and self-service", correcting all kinds of bad phenomena and habits, and putting an end to the breeding and spread of bad behaviors such as smoking, gambling and coming home late. Therefore, building a harmonious and healthy civilized dormitory is one of the long-term key tasks of our class.

Let's talk about some practices adopted by our class in creating civilized dormitories.

According to the Measures for the Management of Student Dormitories in the Student Handbook, combined with the actual situation of the class, our class has formulated the Regulations for the Management of Class Dormitories. The relevant provisions are as follows:

All dormitory members regard the dormitory as their home, establish the overall concept of "the dormitory is my home, and health, housekeeping and discipline depend on everyone", unite and be friendly, live in harmony, feel like brothers and help each other. Strictly control the person in charge of the dormitory, strive to build a dormitory cultural brand, and put an end to smoking, reading blogs, biting betel nuts, coming home late, staying up late, stealing and other illegal acts. For emergencies, the dormitory director can report to the class teacher at the first time. Do not conceal, do not make false reports, and achieve "four in place", that is, the roll call is late, the dormitory interior is clean and tidy, the inspection and supervision are in place, and the discipline is in place. Strive for the title of "civilized dormitory" and mobile red flag.

All dormitories can always be kept neat, clean and beautiful from morning till night. Do not doodle, hang clothes, spit, litter or chat on the balcony of the corridor to avoid accidents. Students must stand up and say hello politely when they meet teachers and school leaders in the dormitory. Students are not allowed to gather in the dormitory to make trouble, and smoke, gamble, boo, light candles or play cards on time at night. It is forbidden to pull wires without permission to prevent electric shock accidents. Our class stipulates that after the lights are turned off at night, they must all be in place before 10: 50. Under special circumstances, you must ask for leave from the class teacher. Students are strictly forbidden to go home late and spend the night outside.

Every week, the team leader is responsible for recording the information on the bulletin board of class management and publicizing it in the class. Our class clearly stipulates that the cumulative number of violations per semester should be controlled within 10 person-times, and the cumulative score of internal hygiene should be above 9.5 points. The dormitory has also formulated a daily shift schedule for students on duty, and implemented a special management contract responsibility system to ensure that "everyone has something to do and everything is managed". If the housekeeper contracts to tidy shoes or close doors and windows, she should be serious and responsible. If the work attitude is not good, it will affect the appraisal of dormitory interior, and will be criticized and punished accordingly.

Dormitory leaders can set an example, dare to master and control students' disciplinary behavior, often pay attention to the ideological trends of dormitory staff, help and educate backward dormitory staff and achieve good results, and submit a written summary of dormitory management to the class teacher every week. The class teacher often goes to the dormitory to talk with his classmates and correct their bad behavior in time. Dormitories compete in indoor and sanitary aspects to create a good collective atmosphere for you to catch up with each other and surpass yourself.
