4. Pre-class homework or questionnaire. Depending on the needs of the training plan or course/instructor, students sometimes need to prepare and submit it in advance before training. 5. Post-class test questions and reference answers. This often requires preparing the courseware in advance and submitting it together with the instructor who created the courseware. If you plan to take an exam, our HR will also have to follow up on this content.
6. Training props, materials and equipment, etc. Such as case drills and game props in training; audio-visual materials and background music required in training; various paper materials and forms (textbooks, test papers, sign-in forms, feedback forms), large sheets of white paper, large pens, prizes and certificates of honor wait. In addition, there are laptops, projectors, speakers, microphones, power strips, batteries, chargers, camcorders, cameras, voice recorders, etc. If necessary and qualified, they must be prepared two or three days in advance. Our company has a ready-made ladder training room with relatively complete facilities, which saves a lot of worry in this regard.
