3. When running or staying on an electrified railway and someone must be left in the cab for work, the skylight of the cab must be closed and locked. ?

4. In electrified railway sections, it is strictly prohibited to climb onto the roof of the vehicle for inspection and maintenance, and it is prohibited to use rubber hoses to flush the vehicle with water.

5． When staying in an electrified railway section station, you are not allowed to get on the top of rail cars, large engines, campers and other vehicles or climb over the lines through the top.

6. When large-scale road maintenance machinery is in operation, the doors should be closed, and no one is allowed to grab or take off the machinery. No one is allowed to lean out of the vehicle, and no fights are allowed on the vehicle.

2. Operation of large-scale road maintenance machinery

1. When using tamping vehicles, power stabilizing vehicles, and rail grinding vehicles on electrified railways, if their operating range does not exceed the upper limit of the rolling stock, and the distance between the staff (including their action range) and the live parts of the contact network is maintained at 2-4m , the catenary network does not need to be powered off, but there must be on-site supervision by catenary network workers.

2. When the use of screening trucks, ballast shaping trucks, etc. exceeds the limit of rolling stock, a power outage application for the contact network should be submitted to the power dispatcher in advance. The power dispatcher issues a power outage order. The construction leader can only issue the power outage order after the contact network workers install temporary grounding wires. Order the start of construction; in terms of electrical safety, construction leaders must follow the instructions of contact network workers. After the construction is completed and all personnel have evacuated, contact network workers remove the temporary grounding wires and notify the power dispatcher that the construction is completed. After removing the temporary grounding wire, all personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the construction site again.

3. Screen cleaning trucks and ballast shaping trucks should always pay attention to signals, electrified line contact network columns and other facilities that affect the operation of the rotating soil conveyor belt. If necessary, adjust the rotation angle; after operation, it is strictly prohibited to walk before all parts are returned to their positions.

4． During the operation, the system of "open the door once, look twice, and get off the car three times" is strictly implemented. If a car coming from the adjacent line is found, the driver must continuously sound the siren to warn.

5. Pay attention to non-slip when getting on the bus in winter. It is strictly forbidden to wear clothes, hats and ear coverings in windy, snowy and cold weather.

6. During the operation, each group of personnel must act in unison. They must sound the whistle before moving the train and putting down the tamping device and tamping device, and then act 5 seconds later. Personnel monitoring the operation under the train must concentrate to prevent injuries from flying ballast from the machinery and tamping area.

7. During operation, when any situation endangering the safety of people, vehicles, or equipment is discovered, the red emergency stop button should be triggered immediately.
