3. If necessary, replace the lubricating oil during maintenance.

4. In addition to changing the oil, when lifting the vehicle for other repair work, you should also check whether the reducer is leaking oil.

5. Based on vehicle driving performance and supplier requirements, perform software updates during maintenance.

6. The lubricating oil is required to be GL-475W-90 synthetic oil, with a continuous allowable temperature of 140°C and a flow rate of 0.9 to 1.1L.

Inspection and replacement of reducer lubricating oil

1. Maintenance and lubricating oil inspection methods

To check whether the vehicle is level, check the oil level, and check Check whether there are traces of oil leakage in the reducer. If so, analyze the cause of the oil leakage and repair the oil leakage area. Remove the oil level plug and check the oil level. If the height of the lubricating oil and the oil level plug hole are the same, the oil level is normal. Otherwise, the specified lubricating oil must be added until oil comes out of the oil level plug hole.

2. How to change lubricating oil during maintenance

Before changing the oil, you should stop the car and turn off the power, lift the vehicle horizontally, check the oil level and whether there is oil leakage when lifting the vehicle. If there is oil leakage, remove the oil drain plug and drain the waste oil.

Apply a small amount of sealant to the oil drain plug and tighten it to the specified torque (1218Nm). Remove the oil level screw plug and oil inlet screw plug, add lubricating oil according to the specified model, and add specified new oil according to the specified oil amount (fill to the oil level screw plug hole), oil level screw plug and oil inlet screw plug Apply a small amount of sealant and tighten to the specified torque.
