The third list is the report list.

After being reviewed by the prison business department, it is submitted to the prison commutation and parole review committee (composed of prisons and prison prosecutors) for deliberation, and then submitted to the prison director's office meeting for deliberation, and the collegial results are announced to the criminals (the third list, that is, the report list).

The fourth list is the ruling list.

When the legal documents are complete, they will be sent to the court. On the second day after the court's ruling, the court's ruling results will be announced to the criminals (the fourth list, that is, the ruling list).
