First, tap water should be distilled before ion exchange can be used for dispensing and washing bottles. The raw materials should be configured → filtered → filled → sealed → sterilized and leak-detected → light inspection → printed label → packaged. These three production lines are relatively advanced and operate smoothly.

However, I also encountered some minor problems in the production, such as the incorrect use of equipment or the failure of aging equipment to report for repair in time, which affected the work efficiency, and the confusion of steps by employees in the dispensing process increased the workload in vain, which may also affect the product quality.
