Nanning Marathon originated from 1983, and its predecessor was the Liberation Day long-distance running held in Nanning. 2023 Nanning Marathon is the 15 th session of this project. The competition officially started at 7: 30 on February 3, 2023, 65438. The competition started at the National Square and ended at the main stadium of Guangxi Sports Center. Along the way, we will pass through many landmark buildings or scenic spots in Nanning, so that the contestants can fully appreciate the beautiful scenery of the Yongjiang River and enjoy the achievements of Nanning in transforming the banks of the Yongjiang River.

On June 8, 2023 10, the 15th Nanning Marathon officially started to register. The 15th Nanning Marathon consists of five events: marathon, half marathon, 10 km run, 4 km healthy run and fitness walk, with a total participation of 30,000 people. There are also 1km parent-child race and 3.5km vitality race, and parent-child track and adult track are set up around the lake.

In this activity, contestants can register online or offline according to their own entries. In addition, this year's event not only continued the routine supporting activities such as warm-up running, official training camp, Nanning Sports Industry Expo, Marathon Expo, fitness folklore exhibition, South Malaysia online competition, but also added marathon campus activities and permanent entry number policies to enhance the participation experience of Nanning Marathon.
