Detailed manufacturing steps of led billboards

First, introduce the materials used for production (all materials are available in Electronic City).

● Micro switches (2 in 3 yuan)

● LED lights (colors: white, blue, green, red, light, yellow, automatic flashing lights, etc ... Except for automatic flashing lights, all colors have two kinds of big heads and thin heads) (1-5 yuan).

● The battery (silver-zinc-button cell) has two advantages: one is easy to hide in the model, and the other is that one battery has 3V current.

1. Turn on the switch

Step 1: First, select the appropriate microswitch (of course, the size is smaller than the model parts).

Step 2: Because the model glue is thick, first use tools to grind the inside thin, and open the gap at a proper position to expose the key of the switch.

Step 3: Connect two wires to the anode and cathode of the switch respectively.

Step 4: Check whether the switch can be correctly hidden in the parts and try to see if the parts can be assembled correctly.

2.LED light connection

Step 1: Connect two wires to the anode and cathode of LED respectively (usually the length is positive and the short circuit is negative, but it is not a law, so it is better to test it).

Step 2: Wrap the wire with tape to avoid short circuit (it doesn't matter what kind of tape you use, it only has a voltage of 3V anyway).

Note: If it is used in humid environment, please use insulating tape for safety reasons.

3. Place LED lights

The gun head consists of thin-headed LED lights.

Step 1: cut off the connection position of the gun head and open its position.

Step 2: Because the tail of the LED lamp holder is relatively wide, the part is not so wide, so it is necessary to carve a groove on the part to hide the lamp.

Note: How to hide the lamp depends on the space of the component itself, so there is no rule. Let's improvise!

The collimator in the gun has a large space, so it will use a big LED lamp.

Step 1: Do the same thing, cut off the front joint and get through its position.

Step 2: Bend the LED lamp feet into a shape that can be fixed on the assembly. Pay attention to the separation of anode and cathode, otherwise it will be short-circuited.

Step 3: Position the lead and cut a capsule in the middle for connection.

Note: If you are too inexperienced to cut the middle connection (because it is easier to cut it), you can use two wires to connect them separately.

Step 4: Connect the wires, and first test whether the positive and negative poles of the two LEDs are connected wrongly (if they are connected wrongly, the thin-headed fruit branches should not touch).

4. Select the location of the battery.

It is not easy to choose a suitable location because there is not much space. This time we chose a smaller battery (CR 1220), which is the kind used by PG Zeta Gundam.

Step 1: As always, cut off all the useless places and choose the position according to the situation of the parts.

Step 2: Of course, try to put the battery in that space.

Make a battery box

Because the size of battery boxes on the market is relatively large, the materials we need to make are all model rubber plates bought by general model shops.

Step 1: Cut the rubber sheet into a size larger than that of the battery, and cut out a plurality of rubber strip for preparation.

Step 2: There is no accurate measuring tool, so? 1? Let's see if the height is suitable.

Step 3: Glue the adhesive tape with model glue to form a concave character, and then glue the panel to make the shape in the middle of the picture (cut off the excess).

Step 4: Make a hole at the top and bottom to put the iron sheet.

The iron material used this time is usually the buckle when buying socks. This iron sheet is easy to use, easy to buckle and not easy to break.

Step 5: Bend the iron sheet into a Z-shape, so as to put it in the prepared position.

Step 6: Make the front and rear parts into the shapes shown in the figure,

Note: Because the negative electrode of this battery is at the top, the positive electrode can be connected to the bottom or the left and right sides, so it is recommended to put it at the bottom, because it may touch the negative electrodes on the left and right sides.

6. Connect the battery box

Step 1: put the battery box in the pre-arranged position, the size is just right! (Actually, the battery box is sized. )

Step 2: Connect the lead, first connect the lead at the edge of the LED (the negative electrode is connected to the negative position of the battery box).

Note: In fact, it is also possible to connect the positive electrode of the LED fruit edge to the positive electrode of the battery box, as long as the positive electrode is not connected to the negative electrode.

Step 3: Just connect the positive pole of the battery box to a wire of the switch system, because the switch has no positive and negative poles.

Step four: platitudes. Just have a try!

Step 5: Twist the wire of the switch into an S-shape, because the handle of the gun is movable, and the S-shape can provide enough elasticity, depending on the space of the parts.

Step 6: put the guns together, and then try to see if the handle will have poor circuit contact when moving. If there is, of course, it must be corrected.

7. Make the battery box cover
