Hanging slogans in military schools

This couplet was written by Dr. Sun Yat-sen himself, and he personally posted it at the entrance of Huangpu Military Academy.

From June 65438 to June 1926, Sun Yat-sen said at the opening ceremony: "Make a wish from today, and you will never have the mentality of being promoted and rich in your life". You should "learn from the behavior of martyrs and die like them" and not "be greedy for life and fear death". The style at the entrance of Huangpu Military Academy is very simple. On the plaque above the center, Tan Yan inscribed the words "Army Military Academy".

The school gate was rebuilt by South China Sea Fleet of China People's Liberation Army on 1965.
