(1) Activity background

Weihai has a long and narrow coastline, and the scenery along the way is even more beautiful and moving. We planned this event. On the one hand, we tried to use the form of "cycling" to advocate a new trend of green travel, practice low-carbon life, and implement low-carbon emission reduction. On the other hand, this is also a sowing trip to spread bicycle culture and popularize cycling activities. Cycling activities have become popular in many places. This kind of activity is gradually heating up in our school. This cycling event was co-organized by the Federation of Social Councils, the New Rural Fitness Association and the Fitness and Bodybuilding Association, extending the traditional transportation function of bicycles to fitness, leisure, entertainment and other fields. Extensively publicize the rich connotations of bicycle culture and actively advocate fashion, health, environmental protection and progressive life concepts. "Dynamic Weihai, Charming Cycling" allows more people to understand and love bicycle culture, inherit bicycle culture, and promote bicycle culture. Cycling leads to a healthy body and a colorful and beautiful life. At the same time, it also stimulates the enthusiasm of the freshmen for sports and enjoys the beautiful scenery of Weihai with them.

1. Before the activity, the person in charge communicates with the instructor to determine Event location.

2. The secretariat will write a planning letter and activity application form, and submit them in duplicate to the relevant departments of the Association.

3. The Organization Department will contact the students participating in the event and notify the time and gathering place;

4. The Propaganda Department will write posters and post them on various publicity boards in the school before the event;

5. On the day of the event, the main person in charge of the event will be brought to the event location, and a person from the organization department will be responsible for taking photos;

6. The secretariat will write a communication and summary within three days after the event.
