Zhang Shun’s artistic path

Mr. Zhang Shun has gained a lot in his artistic journey of more than thirty years.

In 1987, he participated in the celebration performance of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with Mr. Fang Rongxiang, and was well received by the audience in the capital; in 1992, his poem "Ode to Fang Rongxiang" won the "Excellence Award in the Second China Youth Writing Competition";

In order to welcome the return of Hong Kong in 1997, he raised his own funds and collaborated with the Qingzhou Peking Opera Troupe to perform special performances of "Guillotine" and "Serial Set" at the Yunmen Theater in Qingzhou, Shandong, which was warmly welcomed by the elders in his hometown. ;

In 1999, to welcome the return of Macao, the "People's Expectation-Zhang Shun Peking Opera Mask Exhibition" was held at Shandong Forestry Building. At the same time, he became a student of Mr. Yuan Shihai, the master of art and the founder of Yuan School;

2005 In 2011, together with Jin Xiaojuan, a Korean disciple and makeup professor at the International Exchange School of Shandong University of the Arts, and Li Liulang, an American disciple and makeup professor at Columbia University, the "Zhang Shun-Jin Xiaojuan-Li Liulang Master and Apprentice Peking Opera Mask-Human Body" was held at the "Li Kuchan Memorial Hall" in Baotu Spring, Jinan, Shandong. Painting Chinese, Korean and American Masters and Apprentices Exhibition";

On New Year's Day in 2006, the "Everything Renewed - Zhang Shun Calligraphy and Peking Opera Masks Exhibition" was held at the "Wang Xuetao Memorial Hall" in Baotu Spring, which received good praise from the majority of calligraphy and Peking Opera fans in Quancheng;

On November 10, 2009, he went to the Louvre in France to participate in the International Science and Technology and Culture Expo founded in 1890. His calligraphy and Peking Opera masks won the "Special Award for Intangible Cultural Heritage";

On March 28, 2010, I worshiped Qiu Shengrong, the fifth daughter of Qiu sect master Qiu Shengrong and the famous flower-faced Qiu Yun, as my teacher at Shanshui Wenyuan in Beijing;

In October 2010, I was invited to attend a seminar organized by the Ministry of Culture in Jinan , the "First Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo" sponsored by the Shandong Provincial Government, hosted by the Intangible Cultural Heritage Bureau of the Ministry of Culture and the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture, 231 people nationwide participated in this event, and his facial makeup, as the only inheritor, was held "Zhang Shun Peking Opera Mask Exhibition";

On May 27, 2011, "We Are Mount Tai-Zhang Shun Qiu Pai Special Performance" was held at the "Liyuan Grand Theater" in Jinan, Shandong Province to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Party. The performance of "Beautiful Case" was packed with seats, received constant applause, and caused a sensation in Quancheng. It became the first model since the founding of the People's Republic of China to raise funds to serve the audience enthusiastically.
