Legal basis: Article 2 of the Provisions on Prohibiting Court Staff from Asking and Interfering with Cases in Violation of Rules (Trial) prohibits court staff at all levels from asking and interfering with cases being handled by other personnel in violation of rules. One of the following acts is illegal:

(1) Asking, understanding and inquiring about the cases being handled by others to the case handlers or other court staff without permission;

(two) in the trial, execution and other aspects of handling cases for the parties to the case and their related parties to intercede, tipped them off;

(three) the use of authority or position influence to listen to the report, hold a coordination meeting, send a document, make a phone call, etc. , asking questions in violation of regulations and interfering with case handling;

(4) Approving and forwarding the materials involved for the parties to the case and their related parties in violation of regulations;

(five) other illegal acts that affect the handling personnel to perform their duties according to law and handle cases fairly.
