Jinzhou Public Security Bureau openly recruits police assistants (hereinafter referred to as "auxiliary police") according to the needs of work.

This recruitment work is carried out in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Police Auxiliary Personnel of Public Security Organs in Liaoning Province (Liao Zheng Ban Fa [2017] No.7), which is organized and implemented by the Municipal Public Security Bureau. Specific matters are as follows:

I. Recruitment positions and number of people

Recruited 264 police auxiliary personnel, including 24 civilian auxiliary police officers and 240 service auxiliary police officers, among which traffic management service (10) is a special post for retired soldiers. Please refer to Annex 1 for specific positions and registration conditions.

Second, the application matters

(a) candidates must meet the following basic conditions:

1. has a household registration in Liaoning province;

2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), abide by national laws and regulations, and have good conduct;

3. 18 years old and under 35 years old [born between 1 March 987 1 and March 20051(inclusive)];

4. Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post. Those who apply for civilian auxiliary police must have a college degree or above, and those who apply for service auxiliary police must have a high school (technical secondary school) degree or above;

5. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally, with regular facial features, no tattoos and no disabilities.

There is no obvious scar on the exposed part of the body, in which the corrected visual acuity of civilian auxiliary police is above 5.0 and the naked visual acuity of service auxiliary police is above 4.8. No stuttering, hard of hearing, infectious diseases, history of mental genetic diseases and serious mental health disorders.

6. Applicants should be able to adapt to shifts and night shifts;

7. Have other qualifications required by the proposed position.

The deadline for obtaining academic certificates and the date of household registration in this announcement are the announcement dates.

(two) candidates who meet the following conditions will be given extra points in the written test:

1. Spouses and children of public security martyrs and police officers who died in the line of duty, plus 30 points;

2. Spouses of on-the-job policemen, plus 10;

(3) No application may be made under any of the following circumstances:

Third, wages and benefits.

(1) The probation period is 2 months, during which the salary payable is 1800 yuan/month. After the probation period expires, you can become a regular employee after passing the training. After becoming a regular employee, the salary payable is 2354 yuan/month, including the "five insurances" personal commitment;

(2) The internship period is half a year. After the expiration of the internship, according to the "Regulations on the Classification Management of Police Auxiliary Personnel in Jinzhou Public Security Organs", according to the academic qualifications, the grade salary is paid (the graduates of high school and technical secondary school are grade seven, and the grade salary is 200 yuan/month; College graduate level 6, salary 350 yuan/month; Bachelor degree 5, with a salary of 500 yuan/month; Master's degree or above, Grade 4, salary 650 yuan/month).

Four. Recruitment procedure

(1) Registration

(2) written examination

1. Exam content and types: The written test content includes the administrative professional ability test and the basic knowledge of public security work (mainly including the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety).

The question type is objective, with a score of 100.

2. Time and place of examination: The details shall be subject to the notice issued by official website and WeChat official accounts.

3. Print the written test admission ticket online: After the written test announcement is issued, the candidates who have passed the registration log in to the open recruitment system of Jinzhou Public Security Bureau (job/view/login.html) to print the written test admission ticket.

4. Results query: Candidates can log in to the Open Recruitment System of Jinzhou Public Security Bureau (job/view/login.html) for results query.

5. Determination of qualified scores: After marking the written test, Jinzhou Public Security Bureau will determine the qualified scores according to the written test scores (including the written test scores). (3) Qualification examination

1. If the written test scores of the last candidate who participated in the qualification review and physical fitness test are tied, they will participate in the qualification review and physical fitness test at the same time.

3. Content of qualification review: The on-site review is organized and implemented by Jinzhou Public Security Bureau, and the finalists of qualification review are required to provide the following materials:

(1) Candidates download and print the Application Form for Recruiting Police Assistants by Jinzhou Public Security Bureau (Annex 3) 1 copy, and ask me to fill it out manually with a black signature pen, with neat handwriting and accurate information, and paste a recent two-inch bareheaded color photo (no background color is required). The application form is forbidden to be smeared or altered, and it is deemed invalid;

Candidates who apply for civil traffic management positions only take 10m×4 round-trip running and vertical jumping, while candidates who apply for auxiliary police and traffic management service positions need to take 1000m running for men or 800 m running for women.

Note: Physical fitness test items will not be re-tested.

Vacancies due to unqualified physical fitness tests will be filled in the order of high scores to low scores among those who pass the written test in the same position (the last one with tied scores will be filled at the same time).

Substitutes should review their qualifications first, and then take the physical fitness test after passing the review. Physical fitness test is limited to one replacement.

(5) Interview

1. Interview finalists: Those who pass the physical fitness test will enter the interview.

2. Time and place of interview: The interview notice issued by official website and official WeChat account shall prevail.

3. Interview form: The interview exam takes the form of structured interview, with a full score of 100 and a qualified score of 60. Those who fail to reach the qualified score line will not be hired.

4. The vacancy after the interview will not be filled.

5. Announcement of results: The total scores of candidates who entered the interview (the weight ratio of written test scores is 50% respectively, and the scoring formula of candidates' scores is: total scores = written test scores ×50%+ interview scores ×50%) will be announced in official website and WeChat official accounts in time.

(6) Physical examination

1. Short-listed for physical examination: according to the total score ranking, the medical examination candidates are determined according to the ratio of the number of qualified interviewers to the number of people in the recruitment plan 1: 1.

Those with tied total scores will be compared in turn according to interview scores and written test scores, and those with high scores will be determined as candidates for physical examination, while those with the same scores will be determined as candidates for physical examination.

2. Time and place of physical examination: The physical examination notice issued by official website and WeChat official accounts shall prevail.

3. Physical examination standard: According to the characteristics of public security work, refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

4. Physicians and examinees should take the initiative to avoidance relationship.

For those who violate the operating rules, practice fraud, engage in malpractices for selfish ends, neglect their duties, and cause adverse consequences, or practice fraud or conceal the real situation in the physical examination, once verified, the recruiting unit has the right to determine that the candidates involved are unqualified in the physical examination and cancel their qualification to apply for any auxiliary police post in Jinzhou public security organs within five years.

(7) Political review and investigation

Candidates who pass the medical examination are determined to be the object of political examination.

The inspection work shall be organized and implemented by the Municipal Public Security Bureau in accordance with relevant regulations.

According to the standard of having both ability and political integrity, referring to "Measures for Political Investigation of People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs" and "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Investigation of Civil Servants Employed in Liaoning Province (Trial)", according to the specific requirements of recruiting positions, the investigation takes various forms and channels, focusing on whether there is any situation that the personnel to be recruited cannot be recruited as auxiliary police.

(8) Publicity and employment

Jinzhou Public Security Bureau determines the personnel to be employed according to the prescribed procedures and standards and according to the examination results, physical examination results and political investigation.

The list of persons to be employed will be publicized on the official accounts of official website and WeChat, and at the same time, the reporting telephone number will be announced to accept social reports.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures, and a written labor contract shall be signed according to law; If the problems reflected affect the employment and are verified, they will not be employed; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended and then whether to hire or not will be decided after investigation; After being hired, the candidate should terminate the labor relationship with the original work unit by himself, and all the consequences arising from the failure to terminate the labor relationship according to the regulations shall be borne by the candidate himself.

The probationary period of the newly hired auxiliary police is 2 months, during which they will receive pre-job training.
