Announcement of Jinzhou Public Security Bureau recruiting police assistants in 2023?
This recruitment work is carried out in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Police Auxiliary Personnel of Public Security Organs in Liaoning Province (Liao Zheng Ban Fa [2017] No.7), which is organized and implemented by the Municipal Public Security Bureau. I. Recruitment positions and number of people
Recruited 264 police auxiliary personnel, including 24 civilian auxiliary police officers and 240 service auxiliary police officers, among which traffic management service (10) is a special post for retired soldiers. Please refer to Annex 1 for specific positions and registration conditions.

(a) candidates must meet the following basic conditions:

6. Applicants should be able to adapt to shifts and night shifts;
7. Have other qualifications required by the proposed position.
The deadline for obtaining academic certificates and the date of household registration in this announcement are the announcement dates.
(two) candidates who meet the following conditions will be given extra points in the written test:

Third, wages and benefits.
(1) The probation period is 2 months, during which the salary payable is 1800 yuan/month. After the probation period expires, you can become a regular employee after passing the training. After becoming a regular employee, the salary payable is 2354 yuan/month, including the "five insurances" personal commitment;
(2) The internship period is half a year. 3. Content of qualification review: The on-site review is organized and implemented by Jinzhou Public Security Bureau, and the finalists of qualification review are required to provide the following materials:
(1) Candidates download and print the Application Form for Recruiting Police Assistants by Jinzhou Public Security Bureau (Annex 3) 1 copy, and ask me to fill it out manually with a black signature pen, with neat handwriting and accurate information, and paste a recent two-inch bareheaded color photo (no background color is required). Candidates who apply for civil traffic management positions only take 10m×4 round-trip running and vertical jumping, while candidates who apply for auxiliary police and traffic management service positions need to take 1000m running for men or 800 m running for women.
Note: Physical fitness test items will not be re-tested.
Vacancies due to unqualified physical fitness tests will be filled in the order of high scores to low scores among those who pass the written test in the same position (the last one with tied scores will be filled at the same time).
Substitutes should review their qualifications first, and then take the physical fitness test after passing the review. Physical fitness test is limited to one replacement.
(5) Interview
1. Interview finalists: Those who pass the physical fitness test will enter the interview.
2. Time and place of interview: The interview notice issued by official website and official WeChat account shall prevail.
3. Interview form: The interview exam takes the form of structured interview, with a full score of 100 and a qualified score of 60. Those who fail to reach the qualified score line will not be hired.
4. The vacancy after the interview will not be filled.
5. Announcement of results: The total scores of candidates who entered the interview (the weight ratio of written test scores is 50% respectively, and the scoring formula of candidates' scores is: total scores = written test scores ×50%+ interview scores ×50%) will be announced in official website and WeChat official accounts in time.
(6) Physical examination
1. Short-listed for physical examination: according to the total score ranking, the medical examination candidates are determined according to the ratio of the number of qualified interviewers to the number of people in the recruitment plan 1: 1.
Those with tied total scores will be compared in turn according to interview scores and written test scores, and those with high scores will be determined as candidates for physical examination, while those with the same scores will be determined as candidates for physical examination.

3. Physical examination standard: According to the characteristics of public security work, refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).
4. Physicians and examinees should take the initiative to avoidance relationship.
For those who violate the operating rules, practice fraud, engage in malpractices for selfish ends, neglect their duties, and cause adverse consequences, or practice fraud or conceal the real situation in the physical examination, once verified, the recruiting unit has the right to determine that the candidates involved are unqualified in the physical examination and cancel their qualification to apply for any auxiliary police post in Jinzhou public security organs within five years.
(7) Political review and investigation
Candidates who pass the medical examination are determined to be the object of political examination.

(8) Publicity and employment
