5. 7. 9. Before starting work, the contractor shall organize personnel to inspect the construction area, working environment and the facilities, equipment and tools provided by Party A to confirm that they meet the safety requirements. Once starting work, it means that the contractor has confirmed that the construction site, working environment, facilities, equipment and tools meet the safety requirements and are in a safe state.

1. The contractor shall install temporary fences or warning signs within the construction scope, and shall not go beyond the designated construction scope for construction, and irrelevant personnel are prohibited from entering the construction site. 12. During the construction, the contractor shall finish the work, use all materials and clear the site to ensure safe and civilized construction.

13. The contractor must accept the supervision and inspection of Party A, and promptly rectify the safety rectification opinions put forward by Party A.

14. In case of personal injury, power grid and equipment accidents or unsafe conditions endangering production and operation during the construction, the contractor shall immediately report to Party A and actively cooperate with the investigation. The contractor shall submit the accident investigation report of the accident investigation team and the contractor's accident handling opinions to Party A for the record.

15. The contractor shall not employ the mentally ill, the stupid, the reform through labor, the reeducation through labor, the juvenile delinquent, the probation, parole, execution outside prison, bail pending trial, medical parole, criminal detention and other personnel to enter the campus construction.

16. The contractor shall put an end to uncivilized phenomena such as being shirtless and barefoot in the construction, and the construction personnel shall do a good job in personal hygiene, and shall not be unkempt or urinate anywhere.

17. The contractor is forbidden to smoke in the construction site. Once found, Party A has the right to punish the construction personnel and the construction director.

4. if the contractor fails to set up safety supervision personnel, correctly and comprehensively implement safety technical measures, construction organization design, and construction personnel fail to master the characteristics of this project and construction safety measures, and the construction machinery, instruments and safety protection articles used in this project do not meet the construction needs, Party A has the right to require the contractor to stop work immediately for rectification, and the consequences and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the contractor.

5. If the safety work procedures of the contractor's personnel are unqualified, the contractor shall bear the liability for breach of contract of 5 yuan/person-time; The contractor who works without a license for special personnel shall bear the liability for breach of contract of 1 yuan/person-time.

6. if the contractor uses the facilities, equipment and tools provided by party a to cause damage, it shall compensate according to the price.

7. If the contractor's personnel go to places outside the construction area without reason or use Party A's facilities and equipment without authorization, the contractor shall be liable for breach of contract according to the number of people from 1 yuan to 5 yuan.

8. If the contractor fails to rectify the safety rectification opinions put forward by Party A in time, the contractor shall be liable for breach of contract according to 2 yuan to 1 yuan/day for each overdue day.

9. In case of personal injury or death, power grid and equipment accidents and concealment during construction, in addition to being handled by relevant government departments, the party at fault shall bear the liability for breach of contract of 3, yuan to 1, yuan/time.
