Second, the operation process

(1) base treatment: scrape off dust, glue marks and rust spots on the surface with a scraper or glass sheet, and be careful not to scrape off burrs. (2) Primer sealing: decorative materials such as panels and lines should be coated with a layer of varnish before painting, which requires uniform brushing. (3) Rubbing paper must not be omitted: the grinding layer is polished along the wood grain, first grinding the lines, and then grinding the four sides. (4) Fat powder: Rub the oil powder repeatedly on the wood surface, rub the oil powder into brown eyes, then wipe it with linen or wood silk, and remove the residual powder on the corner with bamboo chips. After the oil powder is dried, use 1 sandpaper to gently polish it along the wood grain until it is smooth. Protect the corner. (5) base course coloring repair: the base course coloring of decorative surface is determined according to the paint color specified in the sample, and clear oil and varnish are used, and the oil content should not be too thin, so it is better to make porridge. Rub it back and forth with a hemp head broken into 20~40cm long, including edges and corners; (6) Full batch of colored putty: the color should be lighter than the sample 1-20%, and the putty should be oily. Scrape putty into nail holes and cracks, etc. Do surgery. When scraping putty, wipe it horizontally and scrape it vertically. The putty should be scraped clean, and no loose putty should be left. After the putty is dry, use 1 sandpaper to polish it gently along the grain until it is smooth, and wipe the powder ash clean with a wet cloth. (7) Polishing: the decorative base is colored, and after the putty is scraped flat, it is polished flat with water sandpaper, and then cleaned with a cloth. Scrape the putty of the same color for the second time, which is the same as that for the first time. After scraping, fill the nail holes and missing edges and corners with putty of the same color, and require full scraping and leveling. Dry the frosted paper and smooth it. Make the wood grain clear and not wear out the edges and corners. Wipe clean and dry with a wet cloth after polishing. (8) Oil painting color: the painting should be done quickly and along the wood grain. Painting should be brisk when collecting brush and discharging oil, and no joint marks can be left. Each brush surface should be brushed at one time, leaving no joints. After painting, the color should be consistent, and the wood grain cannot be covered. Painting procedure is the same as lead oil. (9) Brush the varnish for the first time: the brush method is the same as the oil color, and the worn brush should be used. After the paint is completely dry, polish it thoroughly with old sandpaper. 1. First, basically polish off the paint surface, and then wipe it clean with a wet cloth. (10) Repair putty: use a horn greasy board, and the putty to be colored should be scraped clean and smooth, without putty scar and the paint film should not be damaged. (1 1) color decoration: black spots, knots, putty marks and inconsistent materials on the surface are combined into one color to draw a wood grain. (12) Sanded paper: Gently grind it back and forth with rotating paper, and then wipe the powder with a wet cloth. (13) Apply varnish for the second and third times: the surrounding environment should be clean and tidy, and the operation should be the same as that of the first varnish, but the action should be agile, and the painting should be full, smooth and uniform. After the first coat of paint, the paint is dried, and then the smooth part is wiped with a wet cloth. Next, brush a layer of paint, then polish it with water sandpaper, smooth it, wipe it clean after grinding, and repeat it three times to ensure the uniform thickness of the paint film and the isosceles grinding of the edges, corners and internal angles in place. (14) Finally, paint the top coat as required.

III. Safety and Environmental Protection Measures

(1) When the height exceeds 2m, an inclined ladder shall be set as required. Check before construction. The herringbone ladder used should land on the four corners and be placed smoothly. The ladder corners should be provided with anti-slip rubber pads and safety chains. Scaffolding should be laid on the herringbone ladder, and the erection length at both ends of the scaffold should not be less than 20cm, and no two people can operate in the middle of the scaffold at the same time. When the ladder moves, the operator must get down. It is forbidden to stand on stilts on ladders. People are not allowed to stand on the hinge shaft at the top of the herringbone ladder, and scaffolding is not allowed to be laid. The inclined ladder should be inspected frequently. If cracks, decay, loose wedge head and missing blocks are found, it shall not be used.

(2) Before construction, workers should focus on safety education and make a written disclosure.

(3) It is forbidden to set up a paint warehouse on the construction site, and the paint warehouse outside the site should have sufficient fire control facilities.

(4) The construction site should have a safety slogan prohibiting fireworks, and a full-time safety officer should be set up at the site to supervise and ensure that there is no open fire on the construction site.

(5) Try not to leave paint materials after work every day. The remaining paint is not allowed to be dumped, and should be collected for centralized treatment. Garbage is classified and consumed according to environmental protection requirements.

(6) Site cleaning shall be sprinkled by designated personnel, and there shall be no dust pollution. Wipe the grinding dust with a wet cloth.

(7) Low-noise equipment or other measures should be selected according to different noise-sensitive areas around the construction site, and the construction operation time should be controlled according to relevant state regulations.

(8) When painting, operators should wear corresponding protective facilities such as gas masks, masks and gloves. So as not to hurt the lungs and skin of workers.
