Boiler dust collector operation

1. After the boiler dust collector is put into operation, the ash removal operator should closely monitor the changes of pressure difference in each filter room, flue gas temperature in each flue, running state of rotating motor, running state of blower, injection pressure, throttle and bypass poppet valve.

2. Ash removal personnel should establish an effective communication mechanism with the shift supervisor and the host computer. When abnormal conditions such as temperature and pressure difference are found, make a preliminary judgment, report to the shift supervisor in time, and contact the shift supervisor to take measures.

3. The continuous use temperature of the filter bag is 160℃, and it is forbidden to run over temperature for a long time. After the dust removal operator finds that the dust collector has "over-temperature alarm", he should report to the shift supervisor to reduce the exhaust temperature below 160℃ to ensure the safety of the filter bag and the dust removal effect.

4, boiler burning a lot of oil, the long-term value should inform the ash removal operation. Dust cleaning operators should reduce dust cleaning times or temporarily stop blowing according to parallax pressure to prevent smoke burning.

Characteristics of boiler dust collector

1. The dust collector adopts separated air stop pulse injection technology, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional pulse dust collector and separated back-blowing dust collector, and has the characteristics of strong dust cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, less steel consumption, less floor space, stable and reliable operation and good economic benefits. It is suitable for dust gas purification and material recovery in metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical industry, electric power, light industry and other industries.

Because dust removal can be realized by pulse blowing and one-time blowing in different rooms, the dust removal cycle is prolonged, the dust removal energy consumption is reduced, and the compressed air consumption is greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue degree of filter bag and pulse valve is also reduced accordingly, thus doubling the service life of filter bag and valve plate.

3. Under the normal operating conditions of the system, bags can be replaced in different rooms without stopping the system fan. The mouth of the filter bag adopts elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The keel of the filter bag is polygonal, which reduces the friction between the filter bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the filter bag and is convenient for unloading.

4. The method of pulling the bag up is adopted. When changing bags, after the skeleton is pulled out, the dirty bags are put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the manhole, which improves the operating conditions of bag changing.

5. The box adopts airtight design with good sealing performance. The inspection door adopts excellent sealing material, and kerosene is used for leak detection in the production process, so the air leakage rate is very low.

6. The air inlet and outlet ducts are arranged compactly, and the airflow resistance is small.
