How to label words in WORD with Pinyin?

You can follow these steps:

1. Select the text to which you want to add the Pinyin Guide.

2. On the Format menu, point to Chinese Layout, and then click Pinyin Guide.

3. In the Pinyin text box, enter the Pinyin guide to be applied to the selected text.

Please do any of the following:

5. To change the alignment, select the desired option in the alignment box.

6. To change the offset of the datum text, please select the required distance in the offset box.
